Full settlement housing loan..

Saya cuma nak tanya ada siapa-siapa yang pernah buat full settlement housing loan,apa stepnya.Saya ada call bank dan bank cuma cakap lepas buat full settlement,kena isi satu borang untuk appoint lawyer (untuk tukar master title).Master title tu macam geran tanah ke?Untuk pengetahuan semua,rumah yang saya beli tu ialah apartment.Saya agak confius sikit pasal step2nya.Diharap ada yang sudi memberitahu saya.

Issue:
~full settlement, rmh jenis apartment, bank srh isi form appoint lawyer utk tkr master title.

Steps to be taken:
1)dapatkan surat confirmation bayaran jelas/bank statement;
2)appoint mana2 loyer hang suka

tu je step nyer nnt yg lain loyer buat.

aku cm komopius knp bank srh tkr master title..klu apartment tu da kua strata tp blm buat perfection xpayah la perfection charge, just loyer buat Deed of Receipt & Reassignment jer, so perfection hanya pd transfer.

**TT appoint je loyer k xyah pening2, bia loyer yg urusknlah

    TQ.Dah appoint lawyer.Org bank yg cakap salah kat saya. Dah separuh settle tapi strata appartment x kluar lagi,may be next year.

betoi biar lawye yg uruskan..tugas kita sentiasa buat follow up kt lowyer nanti die buat loyer buruk lakk.kita nak news yg indah2 je cam duit yg kita leburkan tu.

kenape salah anda?strata title dah cepat la ni.tak silap sblm 2 tahun dah lehh dapat.proses petukaran name dr pemaju ke pemilik dipermudahkan sekarang ni.lebih2 lai pemilik tu boleh memberi 1undi buat pihak pemerintah..

selamat memiliki satu aset.jika mampu teruskan memiliki aset yg lain...
