Degnis Bofill, based in Havana, is a Cuban drummer, vocalist, and composer. He has toured with Latin music luminaries such as Arturo O’Farrill, Orlando Valle “Maraca,” and Néstor Torres. Leading his group, Golpes Libres, Degnis blends traditional Latin music with modern fusion, detailed arrangements, and global rhythms. He also works as a music educator and organizer.
