My question is WHY the board has THREE moderators? And WHAT is the requirement which Khirmuru has to be qualified to become a moderator? Whether it has dedicated moderator or not, is not what I asked for.

usually each board got max. 4 mods...

dan

When did I decline? I do not remember anyone offering me anything.

Furthermore, did anyone explained the rules which a moderator suppose to be following to this guy? He seems to be breaking a few, like opening unrelated threads and then leave it empty, multiple posts and unrelated posts about Hinduism and such. A moderator who doesn't follow the rules is as useless as a forumer who doesn't follow the rules.

I took a look at the requirement, and remembered now when I was offered. It was long long time ago. The reason I turn it down then (and most likely again now) is because of this section :

Unless I'm applying for a job in public or government sector, I do not see WHY I need to provide personal information to people I don't know anything about over the Net. This section is STUPID. A moderator should be checked out whether he or she capable of doing the work based on his/her performance as a forumer, NOT based on personal details like this.

And besides, I do not trust ANYONE (especially Muslims) with my personal information.

I do not see any point to drag this further.  Sephiroth refuses to apply.  kirhmuru applied using the form.  Thats final.  We do not force any forumer to be moderator.  It is a non salary job.  We only get discount card.  Okay.  Thread close.
