for me ia adalah satu topic yang sangat luas

basically first we need to talk abt the 5 stepping stone ..

• Physical .... Body Talk
• Financial ... Money Talk
• Mental ...... Mind Talk
• Emotional .. Heart Talk
• Spiritual .... Meditation Talk
  

Ofcos .. sampai kita 'Know and Understand' all the above ..
by the way di ingatkan .. tidak lah terlalu mendalam sangat
just sebagai asas kehidupan agar dasar kehidupan itu stable
until you Love Talk ini semua ..
for me ia adalah satu obligatory responsibility every individual .. yang sudah dewasa
supaya kamu boleh manage and organise dalam kehidupan kamu
and agar ini five perkara stay Healthy and Well Being Manner ..
