Insomnia is a terrible condition. I know it from my own experience. Of course, I can take pills, but they can be used only for a short period of time (I checked this info on the Canadian Pharmacy site), so the issue won't be solved. What works for me is a walk in the evening, a warm bath, a massage, and reading before bed. Also, it is essential to organize your day in a proper way to get up and go to bed at the same time every day. |
