Did/does anyone have insomnia? I'm suffering from it. What treatment can you recommend? How did you get rid of this condition?

Practicing good sleep hygiene and sleep habits can help you overcome insomnia. This means that you should try to stick to a regular sleep schedule every day. Set a regular bedtime and a regular time to wake up so that your body gets into the habit of sleeping during those hours.

Insomnia is a terrible condition. I know it from my own experience. Of course, I can take pills, but they can be used only for a short period of time (I checked this info on the Canadian Pharmacy site), so the issue won't be solved. What works for me is a walk in the evening, a warm bath, a massage, and reading before bed.  Also, it is essential to organize your day in a proper way to get up and go to bed at the same time every day.
