Can hormones make me gain weight? I'm physically active and monitor my nutrition, but it is hard for me to lose weight.

Hormonal imbalance affects your body in a number of ways — and one of the most common symptoms is weight problems. Having a hormonal imbalance can cause weight gain or make it hard to lose weight, even when you diet and exercise.

I read that testosterone can make you gain weight (btw, it happens to both women and men). I recommend checking the information here https://betterme.world/articles/does-testosterone-make-you-gain-weight/ If you suspect that you have issues with hormones, it is better to do blood tests and consult with a doctor.
