kena tune kan balik waktu tidur u..
siang mengantuk macam mana pun jangan tidur..
paksa juga diri jaga sampai waktu tidur..
pandai-pandai la cari aktiviti untuk keep you awake waktu siang..

try ambik supplement ashwagandha atau melantonin..ni mmg bantu untuk masalah tidur tp pada masa yg sama kena betulkan balik biology clock u

bila dah baring jangan pegang fon lagi, terus tutup mata..kalau sehari u tidur pukul 3 pagi, akan effect 1 minggu rutin tidur u..so kena susun balik pukul berapa u patut tidur

iols pon ada sleeping disorder. tapi bukan sejenis insominia
time tido, tapi macam tak berapa lena.
padahal bilik dah fully gelap, mungkin jugak sebab tgk screen hp sebelum tido

iols amik ni.. mmg tido nyeyak

Tt tengah depress ke?
Cuba bawak berjalan, jogging keliling taman sampai penat nak mati. Balik mandi lama2, pakai mandian bau lavender etc. Johnson untuk baby tidur tu pun menenangkan juga bau dia. Letak hp luar bilik tidur.

Take melatonin with magnesium utk tidur yg berkualti and works so much to make u feel calm and less panic everyday walaupun ada berhadapan dgn saat yg suspens dan mendebarkan..

cer sis pi klinik, inform doc buat blood test ke..check hormone thyroid.sekadar opinion.
selain insomnia, sy dulu resting pulse tinggi.pi blood test kena hyperthyroid.
atau pun sis try exercise siang hari so mlm mmg lena tido.

Surveylah yg mana sesuai..bukannya pil tu dadah...dari biar problem berlarutan tejegil bijik mata siang mlm.lagi sengsara..keje & life pun tak de quality.Jumpa pharmacist pun ok.
