Smoking is my bad habit as well. I tried to quit several times. Tried to replace cigarettes with the nicotine gums from the Canadian pharmacy, but they didn't work. Tried vape, but I like smoking it as well, and it's not harmless either. So I'm still in search of effective option that will work.
