Begitulah yg akn ko hadap bila keje kat kaunter...
Pengalaman aku keje lbh krg mcm cust svc jgk, prnh kna maki dgn client jgk, tp diam je lah nk buat camna, kalau ko layan, silap hb ko maki dia balik, lps tu nama ko naik..

Ramai cina kat farmasi hkl kan...so far ok je layanan dorg...tapi yerla dorg just xde senyuman...x senyum xpe janji ubat dapat....beli kat klinik Swasta mahal sgt....rasa rugi nk byr hahahahahaha

Bayar RM1.atau RM5 (specialist clinic) je.  Tapi mahu layanan first class macam Prince Court. Orang dah minta settle........kalau awak jenis tak ego....settle dah.  Next time datang HKL.......harap2 staf HKL tolong ajarkan.  Fed up dengan pesakit ego RM1 ni

Aku pergi Hospital Gomen.......most of the time OK je. Tak de isu.  Be humble.  Orang nak marah kat kita pun tak jadi. Jadi malu.  Bila kita jadi pesakit........we need them more than they need us.  Remember tak rugi kalau kita beralah,  cakap merendah diri. Tak luak pun kita punya status.  But who cares about your status after all

Salah satu cara aduan boleh buat online. Google je sispaa kkm. Nt staff dorg akan call blk. Kalau tak dpt call, dorg akan bg letterhead jawapan dorg

masalah staf2 kkm ni satu je, tak reti berkomunikasi..depa ingat semua patient yg pegi hospital tu tau dah prosedur depa..sbb depa kn dok layan patient beratus2 sehari, so depa assume semua patient tau semua prosedur yg depa buat hari2..sbb tu kita tanya sikit pun kena jerit..aku x phm apa masalah depa, sbb laki aku pn staff kkm jgk

Aku xnak backup sape2 dlm kes pharmacist ni..sbb xtau mane betol mane salah..tp ikut pengalaman aku yg hari2 hadap pesakit, mmg ramai kurang ajar. Sendirik xpaham rule, lepas tu nk merempan rasa diri betol..lepas tu ugut2 nk komplen kt management. Ktorg siap galakkan lagi pesakit tu "ok Sila komplen". Yg lagi best,konon2 nk gi komplen dkt dokter dia,last2 kene Bambu balik dgn dokter tu.. ktorg dh sehabis baik maniskan muka, ckp elok2, pon org masih xpuas hati dan kurang ajar sbb x ikut mcm ape yg dia nak. kAlo dah Hari2 hadap org mcm tu, sehari Lak brp kAli kene maki, mmg boleh hilang mood nk keje. Org mmg ckp kAlo xboleh control mood, jgn keje dgn org, tp kene igt, Kita manusia pon Ade tahap kesabaran..robot pon boleh rosak.. pokok nye org buat baik dgn Kita,Kita pon boleh baik dgn dia. Panjang pulak aku membebel.

yg kt page depan tulis, ‘STOCK PROBLEM’..alih2 jadi ‘STOP THE PROBLEM’ pulak eh..ntah mana satu nk percaya..dua2 bermasalah..
mgkin ada jer setiap hari patient yg kurang ajar, tp x mustahil ada jgk staff kkm yg sombong..
masing2 sila muhasabah diri, kalau kita mudahkan urusan org, inshaAllah urusan kita juga akan dipermudahkan..
apa salahnya kalau org tanya elok2 jawab pun elok2..x payah la jwb sinis, jeling2, sembur2 org
