When a devout and community-minded couple is found viciously murdered in their own backyard, suspicion initially falls on the eldest of their three adopted sons: at 17, he is an in-patient at a state psychiatric hospital, has a history of violence, and has expressed hostility toward his parents. Furthermore, hospital records indicate that he had not signed in on the night of the murder.
The film is based on the 1989 non-fiction book Sudden Fury: A True Story of Adoption and Murder by Leslie Walker. It aired on NBC on November 21, 1993.

Plot
When his sister Annie gets trapped in a crevice atop K2 along with her crew, mountain climber Peter Garrett must assemble a team to rescue them before they perish.
The film was released on December 8, 2000, in the United States by Columbia Pictures, receiving mixed reviews and grossed $215 million at the box office.
In the film, a female science teacher is kidnapped by home invaders, but manages to randomly phone a stranger and call for help. The man informs the police about the kidnapping, before realizing that the kidnappers are dirty cops, working for the Los Angeles Police Department. The film then follows a struggle for survival between several desperate characters.
Plot
The story takes place in 1987 and follows a young teacher and mother of two who, fresh from college, ends up teaching homeless children at a school without a name. With the support of her husband, she overcomes fears and prejudice to give these children the education they deserve.
A young and busy mother places her trust in the friendly next-door neighbours, unaware that there's something sinister at work behind their deceiving kindness.
