Salam, nak tanya la time interview, bile dia tanya expected salary, apa yg patut kita jawab, adakah kita jawab basic salary atau basic salary+allowances?
bley bg tak contoh2 allowances yang boleh kita negotiate dgn interviewer tu nanti?

pastu, selalunya, lepas abes interview dorang akan jwb "do you have any questions ?"

apakah soalan yg terbaek bley kita ajukan pada mereka? kalau soalan tu tak ada kaitan dgn kerja boleh juga ke?

Meh ah kak el ko tolong for free. Aku tak kedekut ilmu - -

1. Bila dia tanya gaji expected brapa: Jawab 'my expected basic salary is RmXXXX'. Bagi tau dulu basic berapa, kadang ada interviewer akan counter balik, 'if take home' figure is total by your basic figure, will you consider?. Maksudnya, basic + allowance = sama dgn amt basic salary kita mintak. Be precised if you cakap negotiable. Negotiable tu dari brapa ke brapa? like kalau u taruk gaji RM2100, berapa u sanggup nego? RM 2000 0r RM1800. Be specific and clearer. Ni mangkuk nasi hang.

2. Bila dia tanya "do u have any question' - tanya soalan yg berkenaan dgn company, mcm policy, waktu bekerja, ada keperluan kuar outstation tak (tgk jawatan, kalau kerani tak payah tanya la), apa benefit company (medical cover apa, ada dental ke tak); atau straight fwd tanya jelah, bila boleh tau result, ada brapa shorlisted candidate (biasa ada yg x mau jwb), or any explanation abt the job scope yg ko tak paham, tanyalah. Jgn malu,...nanti ko dah dpt keje pastu ko baru tau kerja tu bkn yg ko nak...menyesal plak accept kan?!. Kang pening plak nak berhenti ke tak...

Tak apalah, aku  bagi skit tips, perhaps those yg perlu disini....

1)
Tentang salary - tentunya kita dah set kan what is our minimum expectation...so mark up a bit dlm resume.
When we are being negotiate, ckp yg we would appreciate if being paid within the salary range. Tentu dia akan ckp what is the range of the salary..then consider lah.........It is not wrong to also ask what is the salary range didalam position yg kita apply.

2) Do you have any question? This is our chance to prove that it's worth for the org to hire us. DO NOT ASK ABOUT THE COMPANY, nampak sangat you tak buat research dan not so interested about the company before you pergi interview.
Say suppose you are applying for an engineer...jwb mcm ni.
It's been a great motivation for me to see you people, professionals who are showing tremendous kind of energy during the interview. I would appreciate if you could introduce yourself, perhaps explore the company's direction with me 5 years from now, and explain how i can grow together with the company if I'm being selected for the post.
