The panel debate took place at the Hotel Villa Rosa Kempinski Nairobi, and the event focused on gender and education, which is a topic in the Cairo Programme of Action. Then, the Crown Princess participated in the signature session as a panelist.
On November 18, 2019, Crown Princess Mary, as patron of SIND and Psykiatrifonden (The Danish Mental Health Fund), attended an art competition event held for people with mental disorders at Copenhagen City Hall.
On November 21, 2019, Crown Princess Mary attended the OECD Conference “Health in the 21st Century: Data, Policy and Digital Technology” held at Langelinie Pavillonen in Copenhagen.
On November 22, Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary and their children Prince Christian, Princess Isabella, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine attended the premiere of Brothers Lionheart (Brødrene Løvehjerte) at the Royal Danish Playhouse in Copenhagen.
Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary took part in the marking of the 100th anniversary of the re-establishment of diplomatic relations between Denmark and Poland. This took place in Poland’s capital Warsaw at the invitation of Poland’s President, Andrzej Duda. On November 25, President Andrzej Duda and First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda welcomed the Crown Prince Couple at the Presidential Palace.
On November 25, 2019, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark attended a concert and following reception at Palace of Culture and Science (Pałac Kultury i Nauki) in Warsaw, which is the tallest building in Poland.
On November 28, Crown Princess Mary visited Copenhagen Rigshospitalet (The National, State or Kingdom Hospital). Thereafter, the Crown Princess presented 2019 research awards of The Danish Heart Association (Hjerteforeningen) with a ceremony held at Copenhagen Hotel d'Angleterre.
Crown Princess Mary is currently making a 3 day working visit to Indonesia with Development Minister Rasmus Prehn and Executive Director of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Natalia Kanem. On the first day of her visit, the Crown Princess took part in a panel discussion on children, healthy nutrition and exercise. The Crown Princess then attended an event held in connection with World AIDS Day 2019.
On the second day of her visit to Indonesia, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark and UNFPA Executive Director Natalia Kanem visited the Indonesian association for midwives.
On the third day of her visit to Indonesia, Crown Princess Mary visited Borobudur temple. Borobudur, or Barabudur is a 9th-century Mahayana Buddhist temple in Magelang Regency. Then, the Crown Princess visited a local public health care center called Puskesmas Tegalrejo together with UNFPA Executive Director Natalia Kanem.
On December 5, 2019, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark invited the partnerts and their active members working with and cooperating with The Mary Foundation to Frederick VIII's Palace in Copenhagen and hosted the traditional Christmas reception of the Mary Foundation.
