Bukan makin murah,tapi masa diorang beli rumah tuh,harga dia RM94k kalau tak silap.Itu 3-4 tahun lepas.SO kiranya harga makin naik.

solara..aku dah tengok S&P asal owner umah yang aku nak beli..umah intermediate kat Anggerik harga asal RM151k..bukan RM175k..175k umah 2nd hand aku rasa...atau pun umah corner lot..

saya pun dah dpt umah kat SU1, member nk jual.. ..tapi dlm umah x tgk lg sbb rumah tu masih ada penyewa..sapa2 duk single strorey kat su1?

loan dh approave ngan MBSB...tp nk tunggu RHB n Public...klu ikut rate skg ni RHB paling best....6.75% - 1.6%...dh kira untung

MBSB offer 97% rate 6.75% inclusive MRTA...tp monthly mahal huhu

RHB offer 90% loan plus all the fees....monthly low sikit...

MBSB dh call utk sign offer letter tp me still nk tunggu other bank...bleh compare interest rate.....acrik yg -% tau

dari sumber2 boleh dipercayai glomac nak lancarkan umah baru
kat saujana utama tapi tak pastilah kat mana sama ada kat bukit saujana atau SU3 harga dalam rm 240k kalau dan dilancarkan mesti naik ...lagi....

time aku pegi opis glomac hari tu ada salesman tunjuk brochure pasal rumah ni.... cantik design die... macam moden style........salesman bgtau aku, rumah ni kecik sikit daripada rumah type regal, tapi memandangkan sekarang semua barang2 dah naik harga, rumah tu bila launching nanti harga die starting 240k++

naik lagi ke umah greenwood nih...... salesman glomac bgtau management glomac sanggup bayar balik booking fee kat pembeli yang tak setuju ngan harga baru ni.... betul ke??? susah gak ek klu jadi macam ni
