kenape x leh access FTP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nk tanye..kenape I x leh access main ftp host..I just bought a domain/hosting..tp bile type username& password dkt ftp host(file trans protocol),x boleh masuk..why?..ade sesape tau..or kene do sumthin dkt cpanel???

apa error yg ko dapat
so kalau ko nak test sama ada server hosting ko tu allow ftp atau tidak
buka DOS
dan taip
telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 21


xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx itu ko gantikan dengan no ip server hosting ko tu

kalau keluar blank screen dan curser berkelip-kelip kira tak ada maslah..
kalau keluar mcm nie

1. ko dah check port number dia... mesti betul,
2.dan tanya ko punya hsoting utk allow port utk FTP.
3. cuba check ko punya pc..kot2 personel firewall / antivirus dan lain-lain software yg block ftp
4. Kalau ko ftp dari office ko, cuba ko tanya administrator network kat office ko.. kot2 dia tak allow utk ftp

Kalu ftp ke pc atau host lain boleh dak? jika sama gak tak boley, Mungkinkah pc ko ada set firewall utk ftp.

bile masuk ftp,dia mintak username& password..tp bile I tekan OK,dia mintak balik usernam/password tu..

I just reg for new domain&hosting last week,,.then selang sehari dia sent email mengatakan segala registration successful..utk nk masuk ke ftp,dia kasi ACCOUNT INFORMATION & FTP spt dkt bwh nie:

Domain Name:xxx.com
IP Address:xxx.xxx.xx.xxx
Username:xxx
Password:xxx
FTP Host: xxx.com
FTP Username: xxx
FTP Password: xxx
You can log in by FTP using either the domain name or the IP address.
NOTE: when you log in via FTP, you will initially see the directory called "public_html" if you enter that directory you will see the files that are accessable via browser.


.........tp bile i masukkan usernam& passsword yg diberi dkt ftp host tu x boleh..type username/password then tkn OK,pastu ia mintak balik username/password..bile click OK,dia mintak lagi username/passwor..cukup 3 kali dia kuar nie:

JIka drp windows XP, klik Start==>Control Panel==>Windows Firewall==> Pilih off.
