buleh ke tanya kat sini ?...kite nak tau berapa lama masa yg diambil utk buat website...?

mcm kite ni kat ofis nak buat website utk ofis ni...web designer kata sebulan pun tak cukup...kite bukan nak complete...cuma nak ada yg basic2 utk website jer dulu...lepas dah kompom baru upgrade...

Depends ngan website... kalau takat basic html jer, ada image sket2 and text content semua dah ada, campur satu contact page yg simple, 2-3 hari pun dah boleh siap. Tapi kalau nak ada content management, database etc, then time nak siapkan boleh naik ke 3-4 bulan (on average... setahun pun boleh kalau nak buat intranet besar yg akan ada HR, Project management, Accounting etc). Also kena tengok programming apa yg akan digunakan - html, php, asp, python etc. Lagi payah, lagi lama.

Utk permulaan ko jgn tengok codes gegiler tu... ko bukak jer Dreamweaver (atau memaner software yg ko minat).bukak basic html document, and start tepek gambar and letak text. Preview kat browser and itu lah site ko. Bukak help file kalau nak cari info.

Seriously, senang nak buat basic website.

Cam aku kata tadi... kalau takat nak buat itu ngan basic html, then 2-3 hari jer leh siap (kalau designer tu dah dapat semua info, images dari ko). Tapi kalau site tu di buat guna php and mysql, then lama sket... maybe around 2 minggu.

Mungkin jugak designer tu dah plan site tu ikut apa ko nak and end-result nyer site besar... so dia akan buat site tu based on that and bukan nak buat yg permulaan ni jer, kemudian kena buat semula next time.

Baik ko tanya designer tu apa yg dia nak buat and probably mintak timeframe dia.

skrg ni yg basic ni jer dia dah kata takdan nak siap dlm sebulan...spai ni dah 2 minggu nothing pun dr dia...dia kata bnyk cording nak hafal dan nak study....

Mungkin dia tu designer yg baru nak mula buat web kot?

Sebagai contoh, page bawah ni in html, pakai iframes (portfolio and contact sections) and contact section tu in php. Nak buat ni termasuk buat images from scratch - 2 hari.

Aku suggest ko sabar2 jerlah ngan designer ko tu... janji site yg dia akan buat tu memuaskan. In the meantime, ko mintak dia bagi progress report... 2-3 hari sekali.

Yeah lagi mudah... tapi kena tau nak setup Joomla tu and cara2 nak add extensions etc. Banyak tutorial kat internet. Nak customise tu kena gak tau codes... php.

Kena ada hosting. Then upload files tu ke hosting tu. Pastikan first page tu index.htm (atau sewaktu ngan nya depending ngan hosting). Tu jer. Now type address site ko... and akan kuar index.htm tu.
