which one do u guys think is the best foreign bank in malaysia? hsbc, citibank, standard chartered, abnamro, ocbc, uob, alrajhi and kuwait finance house are among the foreign banks with consumer banking in malaysia. whats your experience with them?

personally, i think stanchart lags far behind its peers. the service is freaking slow in almost anything. from bank accounts to credit cards. i think they need to revamp their entire computer system! citibank on the other hand has among the best atms in town. the machine talks like a human! only thing they have very few branches!
