Dear All,
Please be informed that MAXIS will be organizing a Walk-In Interview for the position of Sales Consultants (Maxis Centre) and Customer Care Consultants (Contact Centre) on 23 March & 24 March (Fri & Sat) from 9.00am to 4.30pm at Corus Hotel, Jalan Ampang, KL.
If you have any friends or relatives who are keen to join MAXIS, please ask them to attend this event. Please refer to the attached advertisement or click on the link below for further information.

Venue: Level 1C, Menara Sunway Annexxe, Jalan Lagun Timur, Bandar Sunway, 46150 Petaling Jaya (5-10 minutes walk from Sunway Pyramid )
Date: Friday (25th April 2008), 10am to 4pm
Applicants MUST be able to start work on 26th May 2008 or 2nd June 2008
Please bring along your resume, a softcopy of your resume, original and photocopies of academic certificates and a passport-sized photo.

Responsibilities
| Attend to customer queries / requests tactfully and professionally via telephone Cross-sell and up-sell VAS ( Value Added Services ) and products / services Provide accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds our customers' expectations Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer complaints at all times - Maintain a high degree of responsibility towards customer confidentiality
| Requirements
| Degree/Diploma required or SPM holders with 2 years working experience in the Contact Centre environment will also be considered (must posses credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics) Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent interpersonal & communication skills Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage ( compulsory for Mandarin language team) Familiar with telecommunication & mobile phone technology Computer literate with keyboarding skills, Internet savvy, familiar with use of MS Office applications Able to work on 24hrs shift rotation environment Able to work on rotational (weekly basis) shift environment, weekends & public holidays Flexible and adaptable to changes. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens - Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
