elmo....another alternative ialah bawa screwdriver yg electrician guna tue...test pen ker apa namanyer...lagi kecik....

tapi kalau bawa appliance maybe utk check the power boleh kut...tak tahu lah pulak...

tadi gi inspect rumah.... ada 44 komplen....... yg kecik2 pun i komplen... eeeee.. teruk jugak indon2 tu buat keje.... tp semua yang minor lah.... cracking almost all places... painting tak rata... pasang plug senget.. fram window senget... tile pecah.. pasang paip comot... pintu tak boleh tutup... developer kata dalam sebulan akan buat semua repair.. nanti akan buat second inspection pulak lepas diorang repair....

supervisor tu dok pakai masking tape... guna ball pen... i bawak masking tape i sendiri.. pakai marker... i bawak tangga.. org tu kata.. wah.. kalau u inspect guna tangga... u orang pertama lah..... i cakap.. ini rumah bukan sikit wang..... banyak wang gunaaa oooooo.... dia pun senyum je...

thanks lah pada straw.... kalau u tak bagi link tu.. i tak bawak semua tools tu....

rumah skang memang teruk kualiti... hasil kerja indon2 skang kasar.. skang mungkin kita nampak yg kecik2 jer.. dlm setahun dua nanti ada plak paip bocor, retak... yg mana sekang tak muncul, masa tuh la kena guna duit sendri plak...

A'kum semua..fuh penatnye 2-3 hari lepas, selasa baru2 ni dpt kunci umah, buat inspection sendiri dulu..yg terkezutnye dlm toilet bawah, ceiling terbukak n ada mcm alien buat sarang...tak sure apa, ingatkan termite tapi bila hari rabu lak officer fr BU incorporated dtg dia kata tu bukan termite tapi serangga lain..so kuranglah risau sket coz dia kata dorang ada letak ubat termite before this and the best part officer tu mmg buat inspection bebetul..coz ada gak yg kami terlepas fr our mata kasar masa gi hari selasa tu..hopefully semuanye siap before 21 mac ni kalau tak tau ler nak tinggal mana hehehe..

Ada 12 tpt kena betulkan..anyway mcm mana ye, should i pasang grill dulu or better wait for contractor BU repaired my hse dulu?

Defect Liability Period normally 1 tahun...depend dgn kontrak . First of all , perkara yg penting masa nak check defect , kalau rumah u jenis single/double/terrace/link house...u kena check bukaan rumah u...contoh masa sign aggreemnt rumah contoh dlm katalog samaada 20x70 ke or 18x 65...pastikan antara pagar ke pagar dimension dia tepat sepertimana dlm S&P. Kalau x tepat , mugkin ada kontraktor dah tipu....silap2 kontraktor boleh dpt extra satu rumah.....

Bagi dia repair dulu....and then baru pasang grill..Kalau u pasang grill dulu , u kena tinggal kunci kat dia , silap2 dia duplicate kunci grill u....sbb kunci rumah diaorg ada....Just bagi tahu jer...

Kalo ditakdirkan masa pegi inspec umah baru, tetiba ukur memang terkurang dia punya lebar umah... apa kita boleh buat eekkk...!? Bleh ker kita soh developer kurangkan balik harga umah tu..!?

pagi tadi pegi inspect rumah n ambil kunci ...hubby dah marah to the management n developer, sebab ambil kunci tapi electrik belum masuk....maintenance dah mula charge

so camana nak check defect bebetul kan....

but luckily la, takde byk sgt defect cuma sedikit ajer....n ada ambil gambar......kena pegi lagi sekali nampaknya....

defect yg ketara: cat tak serata, ada crack sikit kat kayu tepi tingkap kat balkoni

tapi byknya power point......tak terletak lah lampu2 satu rumah...kat balkoni jer ada 5 power point?????

rumah yaneng di sg buluh nanti

La yaneng, i nye rumah pun letrik takde bcoz of that lah CF lambat dpt..developer salahkan tnb hehehe..anyway baru semalam dpt pasang letrik ngan plumbing..balkoni u byk power point coz maybe suh buat taman mcm showroom hse tu kot..ada fountain n etc

yg selalu dgr kalau rumah end lot or corner lot punya extra tanah tu kiraannya kurang. selalunya buyer boleh saman. of curse kalau buyer pandai nego so developer settle out of court, boleh kot dpt discount.

aah lah.. kita berjiran lah gyan..

CF dah dapat.. developer kata akan repair dlm masa sebulan... so hujung bulan ni.. dah kene standby pulus nak beli lampu.. pasang grill... pasang cabinet dapur... banyaknye nak keluar duit...... mana nak korek ni??? bank dah suruh bayar banyak dah ni....
