According to people who watched the news reports, wei lun's car hit a rail (highway safety barrier) andit bounced and hit a truck and spun around a few times.
Her assistant was driving the car.

EDIT:According to reports, Wei lun DID have her seatbelt on at the time ofthe accident. However, when the car stopped after it hit the highwayrail, Wei lun thought it was safe to get out of the car so sheunbuckled her seatbelt. She didn't have her seatbelt on at the time that the truck hit, that was why she suffered from severe head injuries.

she's still in a trauma & shock condition..
but just read @ asianfanatics.net tis morning, katanya dah kuar kat news sana, katanya assistant dia dah pun tau bout wei lun's dead & ayah dia nie naks pi melawat mayat si wei lun nie kat memorial garden 2..
katanya, ayah wei lun naks sue assistant dia nie + the track driver, tp x tau aahh skang camner coz x konpem laiks punca tragic accident 2 apa..
but now, barulah pop-up abish citer2 pesal tragic accident si wei lun nie, I mean polis mempertingkaikan blk whether si wei lun nie lambat dihantar ke hospital ke, sepatutnyer dihantar ke hospital yg lebih dekat ke, bla3..
but police still in the process of investigation aahh..

yeap, nanti ada family funeral, on the 8th ke on the 9th, lebih kurang aahh..
pas2 nanti siap ada special concert laks tuk minah 2, sumer best pren & geng2 dia akan perform special song 4 her..
citer dia, "sun's daughter" yg dia ngah shooting x sempat abish 2 nanti, akan diburn in dvd form in the memory of her 4 her family..
the rest, most probably, best pren dia, ariel lin yg akan continue bwk watak dia 2..
tp apa2 hal pun, ariel kata kalu dia free aaahh coz starting march dia dah kena start shooting tuk ISWAK II laks..

police pun mmg x tau laiks sapa yg bersalah, whether the truck driver @ her assistant @ tyre keta mini cooper si wei lun 2 yg prob.
+ whether sleepy/drunken case..
tp so far mmg dah buat blood test kat truck driver 2, mmg dia x drunk & dia kata dia x sleepy time 2..
tp ramai yg assumed assistant si wei lun nie yg speed naks ke shooting location..

Mysterious Coincidences surrounding her death....

1. It seems strange that she passed away at age 28 on 1/28 (January 28th) and that she was writing about death on page 128 in her diary. Her memorial will be on the 2/8 (February 8th).

2.She was believed to be reading a magazine when the accident happened. The magazine was found opened on the page of Death Note 2 advertisement, stained with her blood. (Coincidentally, the main character of Death Note, Light Yagami, dies on January 28th)

3.In the drama she was filming, she played a girl with heart problems. She was scheduled to film a surgery scene on the 1/28 (January 28th).

4.According to news, 18 years ago on the same exact day, another singer passed away in an accident. She was rushing for a scene.

5.Her assistant's house number is 128 (her assistant was driving at the time of the accident).

It appears that her death has an uncanny connection to the numbers 1, 2 and 8.
