ko tetau je aku kuat dok dkt kusi bila dkt kedai..
kalau ramai orang ,tpaksa la bdiri..
kalau kurang ,memang aku bnyk duduk..
aku surh dak2 keja dgn aku je yang layan dorang..
aku dok tgk2 je ar atas kusi...
wakaka.
btol gak kata philipinoe2   
,memang faktor keadaan ko masa dkt tmpt keja mempengaruhi bentuk badan la...

sbb tu jarang ko nmpk org keje kt construction site, indon2 tuh yg boroi...:cak:

sbb tu jugak polis aska yg pangkat beso2 salunya (x sumer) perut boroi2...mase mude/pangkat kecik perut terjage sbb bnyk kene kuar patrol la operasi la, dah pangkat beso dok opis je, join ops pon sesekale, lelain g miting la (dok gak), g conference la (dok gak)..mane x boroi kan...:nerd:

setakat control makan jer tak cukup .... kena exercise gak.
kalau dah tahap buncit, brisk walking tu tak cukup ... kena buat something extraneous, 2km jog non-stop ker, 10 laps of swimming ker, etc.

huhuh sebenanya masalahnyer bukanlah masalah perut buncit
masalah susah nak disiplinkan diri nak bersenam dan diet yg ok
apa cara pun
bersenam jalan ker
jogging ke
makan apa pun
kalau buat istiqamah sure ok nyer


naper aku kata gitu?sbb aku ada masalah yg sama......dan aku tak overcome lagi masalah tu atas reason yg sama......

minum le fiber
phyto fibre
komfem ensem tahap gaban
masa aku lepas bersalin aku minum ni hari2..so aku takde masalah susah buang air
perut pun tak buncit
lepas tu ko minum le air banyak2...bukan lepas makan..sebelum makan..supaya kenyang
makan sayo n buah banyak, nasi makan sesenduk jer per session.
banyak fiber lam badan, cepat kenyang, badan pun ringan, perut pun tak buncit, air susu pun banyak!!!(opss..ni utk org lepas bersalin)

pumping 100x tiap2 ari...
bnyak minum air masak.....
kalu x leh gak...pegi ler sedut lemak tu.....

nak tanya...kalau beli bantuan alat cam beskal tu okay tak...kat tmpat aku susah la nak joging....joging ngan lorry dan moto yang duk rempit rempit tu pada siang hari 6.10am, matahari pun tadak lagi..begitu menguruskan
