rawang mn?
kalau bdr rawang...mmg ok sgt2...coz xde tol...jln dah besar ..x jem..yg jem..selayang...
dr bdr rawang ke slayang dlm 5-10 min. jerk...
tp kalau yg puteri2..mcm desa puteri...tasik puteri..
tdk digalakkan...

bdr rawang ke k.l = 24km (jln lama yg x guna tol)
bdr sri putra ke k.l = 38km

ni anggaran jer taw...

opismate meow pun ade beli yg brand puteri2 nieh.
mmg nak jual balik. rumah mmg besar, tapi org yg dah sampai kat area rumah die ckp,
nak masuk rumah tu kena lalu ladang kelapa sawit.
die pun nak pindah kl, umah pigeon hole pun takpe. janji jimat masa perjalanan pegi balik kerja.

aku tak selak page belakang lagi.
ade ker forumer yg beli rumah kat bukit beruntung?

adik ipar marisa beli umah kat tasik puteri kat rawang tuh...
umah memang larr besar...cam meow bagitau tuh...tp memang
nak sampai ke dalam kawasan perumahan tuh nak kena lalu
area ladang kelapa sawit...takut beb...nak...nak...kalu nak jalan lepas
maghrib...eekkk...seram seriau....

jauh tul kalo dr cheras nak sampai ke sana...rasa cam nak blk kg pon ader...

mmg situ agak teruk..
tmn2 tu semua bkn tepi jln besar...
kena masuk dlm bbrp km baru ler sampai...
laluan ke tol pon x upgrade..
so..kluar msk tol ms peak hour...mmg berjam2 le kat situ lg...

sib baik le sape yg bli umah area bdr rawang...
kalau keje kat area jln tun razak ni..
drive sdr..x sampai 1 jam dah sampai opis...

memasing nak beli rumah..

aku pun tgh cari rumah gak utk dibeli , klu dpt dr owner lg bagus

- nak area cheras n kajang ( coz dkt ngan tmpt keje )

- anggaran rm100 - 120k

-teres setingkat @ 2 tingkat ( mungkin agak susah tp mana tau ade rzeki... )

pm aku erk.. klu ade sesape yg kenal org nk jual umah coz da x larat nk berulang dr kl dah. jammed memanjang.. tq

jihah baru beli umah semi d, kat puncak alam2. dlm proses lg..
jauh gak.. tp dh hubby keje kt shah alam. jihah cikgu, nnt bleh , mtk tukar yg dekat area tu.
ingatkan kalu jauh nih dpt rege murah tp dekat rm230k jgk la...

Dulu pernah post kat sini, takpe, post sekali lagi pada yang masih mencari

Kat Seksyen U10, Shah Alam (dekat UITM Puncak Perdana)

Alam Budiman (maiden project by SHL- redbrick concept)
Current phase is Phase 2, siap end of Dec this year. Price from 208k 22x65 2160sqft, tapi tinggal beberapa unit sahaja. Dan harga pun dah naik.

Next Phase, Phase 3, semuanya harga 300k ke atas dgn dari 24x70 hingga 28x70.

Even Phase 1 belum dapat kunci pun lagi (expected June 2007), ramai buyer

kita minat aprtment,dekat ngan lrt sbb senang sket nak gi keje.
2nd pon xpe,
plus kalo kat lrt senang nak cari penyewa,
ade good suggestion tak?
tp budget dlm 160k-200k la.

my fren ade suggest aprtment vista angkasa,kerinchi.anyone knows this area?

pada pendapat saya lak ..kalau beli nak duduk sendiri..better yang dekat tempat kerja...kalau nak invest or sewakan kat orang ..cari lokasi yang bagus..cth dekat ngan kemudahan awam..lrt, bas bagai..

u baru nak beli or tunggu SA siap? kalau belum, dah tgk Alam Budiman?

maaf ye promo sikit Alam Budiman (AB), mana lah tau u berminat.
rumah belum siap, tapi komuniti kiteorg dah besar & growing bigger everyday...

selling points: red brick house (exterior+plastered interior walls), relatively huge builtup with affordable price, wide car park, nice community, future plan promising, etc  
mostly buyers are malay. surau pun ada dlm kawasan neighbourhood - Surau Raudatul Firdaus.;-)
Phase 1 insyalAllah start dpt kunci bulan 6.
