Today - 21 June 2007 is a long year gone by.

It was the first ever CASH's Police Report also extended to the ACA over Project IC or Project Mahathir.

The report number is Karamunsing Report/0227/2006 at 11 a.m. on 21 June 2006.

Suddenly on the eve of the 1st Anniversary, there is someone N Surendran (lawyer) lodged a Police Report on the book - May 13 Declassified Documents on the Malaysian Riots of 1969 in Kuala Lumpur giving the Police a lot of work for things and issues of 38 years ago.

The Project IC/ Project Mahathir has been more than 40 years and timely a Royal Commission of Inquiry be done like what is expected as exposed recently like that of the May 13 incidents now exposed.

CASH also had submitted the Memorandum /Petition to the King for RCI on Project IC.

CASH hopes that there is a willing lawyer to file a suit with the Court if RCI is still nothing in the horizon within 6 months. This is so important step to be taken as Tun Dr. Mahathir had sort of denied in a Malaysiakini's interview recently.

URGENT PRESS RELEASE 26th June 2007



Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz said "Filipino refugees holding the genuine IMM13 document in Sabah will eventually be given Permanent Residence status in Malaysia as part of the long-term plan of the Government."

If that is so it is an abuse of the nation's system in conflict with the international accepted policy of treating refugees who should be either be returned home once no more war there or be settled in third country.


Nasri also said that "There are still between 10,000 and 15,000 of them (Filipino refugees) who still do not hold the IMM13 document but they are holders of a census card
