Nak berhenti hisap rokok senang la. Terletak pada diri sendiri. If your mind says no, then your body must say no too. So, kuatkan brainpower dengan cara berfikir semasak-masaknya. Consider all the bad things that you will get from smoking ie. bad breath, wasting money, cancer, etec etc etc.

It worked for me.
