Hilary Duff and Joel Madden have apparently called it quits. Joel was in Chicago last week and told everyone at Enclave, where he was DJing, that he was single and ready to mingle. He apparently said that their 8-year age difference was a major problem. He抯 27 and she抯 19.

Dr. Michael Apa, dentist to the stars and Elite Model Management consultant, spoke with Life & Style about Hilary Duff's teeth, which after a period where they looked too big for her mouth are now looking good.

"She probably had her teeth recontoured or reshaped to fit her smile," Apa said of the teen queen's smaller and narrower smile. "Now you look at her cute smile rather than focusing on her large teeth. She looks much prettier!"

Hilary has been leaning on her sister Haylie these days. The two are inseparable hanging out in Vancouver while Haylie is working on a project. A newly single Hilary still has to work with her ex to sort out their stalker issue, but apparently she's pretty pissed that Joel moved on so quickly with Nicole. He's trying to call her, but she won't talk to him. US Weekly reports:
