Timing u workout salah.. u kena workout either pagi, tengahari or petang... mcmana u nak cukup rest kalo u workout malam, heartbeat tak rehat csmtu..

Lack of sleep, jadi makin gemuk sbb stress hormone yang dirembes instead of the happy hormones  after workout i.e. dopamine, serotonin, endorphines and oxytocins

Kita workout ni nak happy2, takmo stress sbb stress akan mengeluarkan hormone cortisol pula... yang akan spike blood sugar (resulted increased insulin -fat storing hormone)

Yes, our body is complicated

Nak share few years ago iolss patah hati then iolss join hiking. Tak lama pon hiking tu start dlm bulan nov 2015 sampai awal jan 2016. Tp dlm tempoh tu 3 kali je hiking. Mmg kurus sampai semua tegur. Time patah hati tu makan tp rasa metabolisma tu kuat jd bila makan sikit dah kenyang. Bila hiking tu kan rasa ringan je dan semangat. Tp last hike jan 2016 tu lama iolss tak work out sampai lah skrg berat badan dah terlebih. Tp iolss sama mcm tt tinggi 165 jd nampak badan kita ni tegap.

Skrg iolss tengah cari kerja lg, duduk rumah tak senang hati. Iolss pon ajak cousin jog. Cousin ok sbb dia selalu jog. Iolss start hari khamis haritu tp punyalah sakit time mula2 lepas jog tu. Hari pertama ok lg. 2nd day dah teruk. Hari ke 3 cuba lg tp tak paksa banyak jalan je. Lepastu hari ahad dgn semalam rest. Harini ptg td baru lepas jog dpt 3 pusingan. Iolss pon cuba nak berhenti coffee 3in1 & nak jaga makan. Tp iolss kalau di beri pilihan akan pilih hiking tu daripada jogging. Iolss ada beli tali skipping, mula2 je lompat2 skrg terbiar je. Huhu, harap iolss kuat kan diri utk jogging ni walaupon tak suka. Iolss cuba dgr lagu time jogging td okay lah dpt semangat sikit kalau tak rasa nak give up je

Sauna bukan utk kurus, tp utk improve blood circulation & remove toxins from body (lactic acid build up) hasil workout...

Sauna lama2 pun tak boleh, sbb it increases your core temperature... so max 25 mins sudeh

Mmg malas gila nk exercise ha. Aku duk melepak je dpn tv tgk movie mmg da lame xmkn dinner da skg. Mslh aku ni ketagih coffee, pg2 mesti nk pekene coffee kang kt opis pon amik coffee lg. Ni la sbb xturun2 kot

rasanya yang naik tu bukan lemak tapi otot.. sebab ada jugak yg workout akan naik berat dgn pertambahan otot..

Cara iols kurangkan berat bdn satu jer iols xsentuh langsung makanan2 manis n air2 manis.. biasa nya iols cut sugar nie 1 bulan++ n berat turun laa dalam 1-2Kg tanpa bersenam.. If bersenam.mungkin banyak lagi kot kurang nya.

1.Morning walk atas treadmill..10k steps every day
2. Cut off gula putih - ganti gula perang/madu asli
3. Minum air masak min 2L (ikut body weight jugak)
4. Puasa sunat(optional)
No1-3 wajiib buat

Hakak puasa 20hari dlm sebulan .makan jaga gila2...senam 2x semggu.

tadi makan bihun pama dgn air kosong aje.

Bihun pama je tak jadi kan kurus, kena kurus & sihat. Protein & fibre kena ada. Kalau berlapar seksa badan nanti tak kurus juga sbb badan detect you kebuluran nanti dia simpan lemak.

Iols pun jenis susah nak turun tp alhamdulillah berkat buat IF (intermittent fasting), eat clean & exercise, banyak jugak iols turun sblm ni.

IF tu iols buat 12 jam, 12 jam. Pagi makan oat, salad ngn ayam bakar atau sup sayur & tauhu. Dinner baru makan nasi (portion suku2 separuh) tp x ambil makanan bergoreng. Mkn yg bakar/rebus2 je. In between breakfast & dinner iols minum green tea. Gula & junk food & fast food mmg cut terus. Tp 1 Kali sebulan iols akan makan apa je yg iols teringin tp still dlm jumlah kalori harian yg disarankan.

Exercise pulak iols akan buat dlm 3 Kali seminggu, combine weight training & cardio.

Tp skang ni iols dah bantai makan bergula hampir tiap minggu, exercise pun skip2, so dah susah nak turun. Ingat nak kena mula semula rutin mcm sblm ni. Doakan iols berjaya istiqamah semula.

Hahaha betul sis, nak turun cukup punya susah, tp nak naik berat tu makan terlebih sikit je dah naik banyak. Stress betul..

Tulah aku baru puasa dlm 12hari bln lepas
23j puasa berbuka mmg eat clean tiba peyed acah balas dendam
Nk jap je bengkak balik perut
Ni target 20hr puasa dn eat clean
Fully fasting ganti balik puasa2 lalu
Dgn niat nk ganti puasa serta balancekan apa yg patut

i tak suka exercise ... dulu suka gak pi hiking, trekking. but i kawal makan. no meals after 7, minum air kosong secukupnya n no snacking. desert sekali sekala.  n get enough rest.

Iols berat 54-56kg. Tinggi 158 n m old yet young at heart. Stop caffeine sbb hr tu i fall sick. Life without coffee? Damn i hate it. Tp seminggu turun 2kg. Sambil2 i stop juge mkn bende merepek.

Tp x nk la gemok. Pakai apa pun x cantik. Kurus sgt pun x nk. Kolagen dh kurang, kang cengkung pulok. Eh serba x kena je. Janji laki sayang sudehhh

baca tips dlm ni lg buat iols stgressss.. mcm senang je org lain nak turunkan berat. rasa beza jgk masa umur sblm 30 dgn skrg dah 30an. metabolisma dah turun. dulu minum air kosong je nak diet. makan mcm biasa, xde senam pun boleh turun. sekarang minum air kosong je 3-4l sehari, bsenam 45mins sehari, mkn beras basmathi , green tea, omega oil. ponnn tak turun2. kadang nak short cut je dgn jamu ke apa. pkp buat iols tersangkut kt kampung sebulan naik 7kilo
