weh, sama la.. masalahnya aku x la tinggi mana 164cm je.. tapi nak cari laki dari aku ni cam payah.. pastu lelaki yg tinggi2 ni plak  selalu lak berjodohan dgn yg rendah2.. apa la nasib..

sebab makin byk makanan viral...i salah sorang yg suke cube bende2 viral ni
berat i pernah naik sampai overweight nasib baik cepat sedar...i join program kurus tanpa ubat...nk cantik jgn kedekut...walaupun byk jugak byr tp berbaloi...dpt berat yg i ingin kn...so skrg ni i maintain je xnk bg naik....ble dh start naik 2-3kg i start cut makanan & berpuasa...

Masa MCO lagi senang nak control berat badan sbnrnya sbb kita masak almost hari2 kan..

Cuma nya kena make sure eksesais tu kena konsisten lah... seminggu  2-3X camtu.. dulu i eksesais hari2 jadi naik badan sbb badan terlalu penat tak sempat recovery.. so bila dah faham keperluan badan ni, bila eksesais 2-3X seminggu pun badan maintain je.. tido pun kena cukup

Byk minum starbucks & makan makanan cheesy yg high calorie....seems like self-care when actually it's actually self-destruct

Sesiapa yg naik bdn time mco ni...please..kembali ke pangkal jln...naik dlm 5kg mcmtu still senang nak turun balik...jgn biarkan dgn habit x aktif & makan je....cube senam target perut dlm 2x lagu BTS ke....lpstu try puasa isnin khamis....so insyaAllah berat kembali normal

makanan sebenarnye yg mempengaruhi kite...walaupun kurang exercise tp jaga intake calori harian mknan yg btul insyaallh trun jugak berat...tido btul penting tido awal...seeloknye 10.30mlm tu dh beradu so perut xdelh mntk mcm2 tgh mlm

badan i dgn husband jenis kena eksesais.. utk make sure badan tak adjust metabolism rate jadi low sbb dah biasa dgn calorie intake sama...

some people menjadi je jaga makan je,. rule of thumb untuk jaga badan is 80% diet (jaga food intake) and 20% exercise

aku naik 7 kilo, naik kt perut..puas la exercise jaga makan semua.buat suku2 separuh lepas itu ikut weightloss challenge free program..akhirnya turun 4.5 kg dlm sebulan lebih jugak..tinggal lagi balance 2.5 kg.rasa seronok pulak buat exercise..dlu selalu berlari je..ni mco workout from home

Dah kurangkan mkn, exercise 15 minit sehari tapi air manis minum 3x sehari..... Tinggi 157 berat 60, haiyooo umur 42.... X turun2 Dan berat... Camno

kurang aktiviti riadah, makan tak jaga. tambah pula wfh ni. tapi ada juga yg ambil pil perancang pun badan cepat naik
