Korang jom update berat & diet.
X mo sembang2.
Just state:-

Umur:
Tinggi:
Berat:
Program diet yg korang buat.
Contoh: IF, atkin, keto etc bla bla.
Kalau sudi sedekah gambar dialu2kan.

Pastu once a month kite update brp penurunan. Or berjaya ke tak.
X mo sembang dlm thread ni, takut susah nk follow pergerakan.

Kite update once a mth, ok?

I will start with mine.

Umur: 45
Tinggi 158 (wpun pengukur di imigresen ckp 156!)
Berat: selalu antara 52-54kg. Not anymore! As at yesterday 57kg.

Program diet: x de. I follow my own ank tekak.

Gambar yg sy berani tunjuk. Cume dr belakang.ekekekek

berat: 56.5 kg

diet: IF (Omad) lepas tu waktu makan control portion. baru buat 2 hari. target 53 sebelum depavali sbb nak balik kg masa tu.

hari selasa (15.10.19) - 56.5 kg
hari selasa (22.10.19) - 54.8 kg

loss 1.7 kg

diet IF ( one meal a day OMAD) dan control makan.

baju/seluar start ketat semua..omg...its time to diet.
then sy risau bcoz sy ade cholesterol.

diet: sy kira calories intake.
weekend/ahad: cheat day. (blk uma parents/in law..ssh nk control calories..hihihi)

oh..lupe nk letak umur.
btw sy 30 years old.

program diet : buat if da sebulan.. start 1/10 arituh.. arituh 58kg.. buat 16:8.. sabtu ahad.. makan mcm biasa.. sb tuh lmbt turun kot.. tp ok je.. bj da byk longgar.. inchloss byk ooooiiii..
target : 49kg.. ececeeehhhh... hahaha..
