Please Help! Travel to sabah

Hi, me & my family plan travel to KK sabah next week on 8th Nov - 11th Nov. We already booking the homestay in mudah.my and the address is No. 23, Lorong Bunga Matahari 1, Taman Fantasi, 88400 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The person incharge is En Kamarul (0194364696).All the deposit was done. But now, im scared if the owner cheating to me about the homestay  because i trying to call and msg him many time but never pickup/reply since my travel day is coming. I need to inform n discuss with him. Anyone familiar or get bad experience from that owner? Im from Johor so we dont have any people that we know at sabah.please help me or whatspp me 0126048605

tak pernah tau or dengar ada nama taman fantasi nearby that area..dia ada bagi location tak?

jarakkan tempoh masa nak call tu klu pakai no baru selepas 5 minit call pakai no lama mesti dia suspicious xnak angkat

okay i just googled...taman fantasi with a lorong bunga matahari memang ada, but its not really nearby the locations macam dalam ads tu..

the taman fantasi from google maps is nearby jalan tuaran, likas..about 16 mins drive from jakel, ums and 1borneo..

Saya check dlm waze pn ada..cuma xtahu btul ke umah tu dibut utk homestay atau sebaliknya

saya pun takut jugak kalau2 dia guna alamat orang lain ke..sebab kwsn berdekatan yg dia tulis kat ads tu tak berdekatan sgt pun dengan location rumah tu..how much deposit yang you bayar dia?

next time u boleh join group sabah preloved item nnt dekat sana kalau u nak minta pertolongan cari homestay or apa, org akan suggest. .better u post ni dekat sabah preloved item manataw diorang taw!
