tips menyimpan lala

morning dan selamat berpuasa uols..
nak tanya korang.. cara-cara menyimpan lala yg masih hidup macam mana.. sebelum ni ai pernah bekukan dorang tapi pastu dorg mati, bila masak da tak sedap mcm busuk gitu.. so ada tak cara menyimpan yg betul?

nak masak today tak boleh sbb menu harini kerabu siam kerang..
cara nak menyimpan kerang hidup ai tahu.. sama ke cara simpan lala dgn kerang ni?

Lala taktau, kalau siput sedut selalu mak i simpan dalam penapis pastu tutup.

baru je masak lala msa first buka puasa.

u lps beli u simpan kat tempat terbuka je, x perlu simpan dlm peti sejuk. x perlu jgk rendam air paip.

ala mcm u beli kat kedai tu, dia letak gtu je kan? ha simpan cm tu lah.

ke u maksudkan nk simpan bbrpa hri? yg tu iols x tau. biasanya kalau cara iols bgtua td, simpan sehari ok la, beli utk ngam2 mkn.

utk esok makan je u.. tgk lala td murah.. terbeli lak.. hahaha..

kalau u masak nt, then ade yg tak terbuka, jgn mkn. x elok dh tu nak mkn kalau dh lama masak still x buka2.

jgn lupa bila dh dekat2 nk masak, rendam ngn garam sekejapan cuma beberapa minit dan tutup mse rendaman tu supaya pasir dalam lala keluar. atau rendam ngn hampas kelapa n sedikit garam selama sejam; nt selut2 tu kua. ramas2 n bilas.

Baru tahu lala yang tak terbuka bila dah masak tak boleh makan rupanya. Selama ni i ingat lala masak tak serata. Tq for info ya
