That is just basic stuff. If you really break down the phrase “Stepping out of your comfort zone,” it means doing things that you don't feel comfortable with doing. Getting outside of your comfort levels. I encourage you to push yourself in unfamiliar places, to do things that you wouldn't normally do. |

How do we know if we have already stepped out of our comfort zone? Means when we are always alert, not complacent, always trying to improve and most importantly when you are always craving for some sort challenge. When you stop feeling all these, it means you are in the constant - nothing changes, nothing excites you and you will end up jaded and numb. Never ever let yourself thinking 'yeah im used to this, yeah this is just another day in my life'. |

When I first met u...it was really awkward I can say...but after knowing that we actually have this one fav thing that i share the same interest with u,i feel im out from my comfort zone since then....we're now attached to each other..and the rest is history..xoxo...  |

Always.. for me challenge zone is my comfort zone so ill notice my weakness and try to be more better. Experience helps a lot in order to get out of my comfort zone. I made mistakes and learn from it. Thats how I build up my confidence and overcome the obstacles |
