Hello gurls.....i nk minta pendapat u guys la..... jamu apa yg sesuai dimakan bile kita ada just abt 8 months before wedding.... i mean jamu yg baik utk kesihatan dalaman plus ada terdgr la cerita kakak2 yg lebih tua...mereka sibuk share pasal yg menegangkan dada n maintain ank dara...saya x faham sgt tp nk tanya malu....so i need u guys punya suggestion....hopefully ada sijil KKM la kan...nanti cerita lain pulak..... p/s - akak2 yg amal jamu kt opis i ni...i tgk badan diorg maintain desirable lahhh....kinda sexy. but usually thy dont share ....

Pasal jamu iols tak tahu. Tapi kengkawan ambil suplemen asid folik dalam 3-6 sebelum kawin. Baik untuk kestabilan dna dan sel peranakan. |

takde jamu yg all-natural gives wonders dlm jangkamasa singkat. terlalu banyak lambakan jamu kat market. be careful. kalau nak try, better go for something yg dah established lama kat Malaysia nih.
anak dara xde pape yg nak dirisaukan sbb mcm kereta baru. cuma banyakkan minum air, makan buah2an n pemakanan seimbang. that's all.
myself long2 time ago, start makan jamu mustika ratu perawatan puteri sejak blom kawen. masa berpantang amik nona roguy.. pastu xmkn jamu sgt, cuma multivitamin, jaga pemakanan dan senaman.
lastly, bab luaran atau dalaman bukan semata2 bergantung kpd jamu. jamu nih cuma supplemen. pemakanan harian tu jauh lagi menggambarkan diri sendiri. kalau nak mantap mana2 yg perlu, ia perlukan senaman dan pemakanan yg betul.. semestinya bukan telan jamu saja.
this is just my opinion. majority tau pslni.. cuma masih xnak percaya jer.

I pun nk kawen this year... 9 months to go. Folic acid can try la. Basically folate tu unt prevent spina bifida dkt baby bila pregnant nnti. I need to start on iron supplement too sbb mmg ada problem anemia. Jamu? Short term maybe ok kut contohnya after pantang, tp unt long term not keen to try sbb takut la effect on liver n kidney. I think the most important things is to have a healthy lifestyle la... exercise n diet |

Anggun baru kawen 2 bulan, kbetulan sangat smlm i pergi urut sebab pinggang belakang silap urat kalut kejar katak masuk bilik...hahaha...
Tukang urut tu bhs diri mak ngah. Mak ngah ckp rahim i jatuh. Baru 2 bulan kawen ok, mmg scary meri laa gak, sbab usia i dah 30s, nk proses ank cpt2. Mak ngah urut 1 badan, lega laa sket. Rahim pon mak ngah tlong adjust bg betul dh.
The end tu mak ngah rekemen i jus jamu..i nk upload pic kat cnie tp x reti laaa...homemade jamu, WHODA rm25.00. Try laa google tgk. Baru hari pertama try, so x tau kesan nya mcm mn. Tp i da nampak ramai yg promote d fb gak.
Asid folic i ada ambik gak, utk bantu kita prengant. |
