aahh..tunggu nanti bila besar sikit br clear scan..skrng tak nak yakin sangat apa jantina....hari tu doc cakap saya punya twin satu kantung, camna ye...saya pon mcm tk tahu nak tanya apa lagi kat doc sbb terkedu+takut...huhuhu..

    mcm mummy dulu xcited sgt bila doc kata pompuan pergi 3 klinik still doc kata pompuan..masa dalam labour room masa baby kuar terus terpacul dr mulut hubby `ha, lelaki' dan secara automatik mami pun tanya 'apa, lelaki yah' smua doc n nurse pelatih kat situ tercenggang tgok kitaorg.. sister tanya  'asal uols mcm terperanjat je' my husband pn cakaplah selama ni kitaorg sangka mmg baby girl,nasib kitaorg tak beli baju gown yg cantik2 kat sogo..kalau tak mahu sedekah kat org jerlar...

Saya nak tanya le kat semua mummy, lepas beranak twin ne memang darah lambat nak kering ker? Coz saya masih lagi keluar darah, 30/11 ne dah nak masuk 2 bulan dah..

eh samelah farah..saye pn 58 hr br kering..tu pun x kering betol2...my mom kate klu dh nk masuk 60 hr dh kire darah penyakit harus solat..betol ek? tp sy rase darah nifas saye betol2 kering dekat 2 bulan jugakla...asyik keluar setitik due everyday... saye pn nk tau jugak dr forumer yg lain ttg hal ni...

aik? boleh plak? mcm saye, saye buat detail scan utk kenalpasti types of twin tu..saye scan dgn dr p.c tan..dengar2 die ni the best sonographer. pakar la..entah ye entah tidak tak tau la..but so far ape yg die examine betol la..xde la salah..kui3...yg scan babies mummy tu dr yg same ke? cmner boleh lain2 diagnosis nyer plak eh?

Monochorionic twins are monozygotic (identical) twins that share the same placenta. If the placenta is shared by more than two twins (see multiple birth), these are monochorionic multiples. Monochorionic twins occur in 0.3% of all pregnancies.  75% of monozygotic twin pregnancies are monochorionic; the remaining 25% are dichorionic diamniotic.[2] If the placenta divides, this takes place after the third day after fertilization.

Amniocity and zygosity
Monochorionic twins generally have two amniotic sacs (called Monochorionic-Diamniotic "MoDi"), but sometimes, in the case of monoamniotic twins (Monochorionic-Monoamniotic "MoMo"), they also share the same amniotic sac. Monoamniotic twins occur when the split takes place after the ninth day after fertilization.[2] Monoamniotic twins are always monozygotic (identical twins).  Monochorionic-Diamniotic twins are almost always monozygotic, with a few exceptions where the blastocysts have fused.

Complications
In addition to a shared placenta, monochorionic twins also have their circulatory systems intermingled in random and unpredictable circulatory anastomoses. This can cause disproportionate blood supply, resulting in twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) in 20%[1] of MoDi pregnancies. This is the main complication of monochorionic twins.
The 80% that of MoDi pregnancies without TTTS still have high rates of birth weight discordance, fetal growth restriction, prematurity and resultant cesarean section deliveries.[1] One twin may also fail to develop a proper heart and become dependent on the pumping activity of the other twin's heart, resulting in twin reversed arterial perfusion.[2] If one twin dies in utero, blood accumulates in that twin's body, causing exsanguination of the remaining twin.[2]
In the case of monochorionic-monoamniotic twins the risk of complications is substantially higher because of additional potential umbilical cord entanglement and compression.[3] However, the perinatal mortality of monochorionic twins is fairly low.

nak update sikt.
saya dah selamat bersalin on 2/11/2010..secara normal di hospital selayang, awal 15 hari dari tarikh due date..
my twin 2 boy..first twin berat 2.42kg , second twin 2.43 kg...
alhamdulillah pengalaman bersalin kali ni dipermudahkan. senang sangat kalau nak dibandingkan dengan melahirkan anak pertama dulu.

on 2hb/11 i routine check up  di klinik pakar hosp selayang. malamnya rasa x sedap hati. cakap dengan husband x nak pergi cek up ..Tp hubby bkeras suruh scan jugak nak tgk baby..
masa cek up dr tanya ada perut mengeras x..i cakap ada...dia suruh baring nak tgk perut..
lepas dr pegang perut dr nak cek kat bawah plak...nak cek jalan...
i dah rasa semacam..tapi dr bekeras nak cek jgk..terpaksa i bagi...
lepas dia cek dia jerit, already 4 cm...ready utk bersalin...
dr call labour room..trus nurse ambik wheel chair tolak i masuk labor room..
nasib baik beg baby suma ready dalam bonet keta...

masuk labor room pukul 1. dr nak pecahkan air ketuban tak boleh sebab kepala baby masih tinggi...pukul 7mlm abg selamat kelura...8 minit adik pulak kuar...
so senang..cuma dok dalam labor room lama la sebab  tunggu kepala baby turun baru boleh push...

sekarang dah 26 hari....sangat-sangat penat jaga twin baby ni..siang tido..malam buat tiger showww...
tak sabar nak abis pantang....nak kaur jalan-jalan..stess sangat dok rumah jaga baby...

congratz with ur new babies..welcome to the twins club!  dah stat dh detik2 stress, letih, penat...saba ye? after habes pantang insyaallah sumenyer akan beransur sikit2...  saye br je melepasi detik2 bersejarah tu..now my babies masuk 3 mths.. hahaa...legaa...rasenyer x sanggup ku harungi lagik..ahaks!  btw, 1 nasihat dr saye, ctrl ur emotion..bcoz ibu yg melahirkan twins ni potensi nk dpt postpartum depression sgt tinggi..so, jg diri...pantang betul2..bykkan rehat, minum air kosong...dptkan bantuan ahli keluarge utk tgk2kn babies klu letih sgt..jgn jd mcm saye..saye stress sgt2...smpi saye depress & dpt penyakit eczema..smpi skrg masih dlm treatment utk eczema ni..so, pls do take care of urself..dptkan moral support from people around u..& sentiase enjoy detik2 dlmm pantang walaupun mmg seksa..ngeee...all the best jalfa..slmt berpantang! nnt jgn lupe upload gambar twins kt sini ye?
