haah kacip, saya guna cooking coklat biasa je.. sebenarnya sebab saya suka cheesecake with coklat, saya letak 2 auns terus.. dlm 40g rasanya.. cairkan guna microwave, cepat sikit..
Zeeqa, try lah.. combination cheese + coklat ni memang best lah! |

epal punya ciskek tu cantik. cotton cheese cake kan. kalau yang resepi channel tu, ada pakai tepung jagung.
huda, cuba cari resepi dari channel. macam ni jugak. |

akak lupa resepi siapa.....
ada kat rumah lak resepi nya....
guna 500gm cream cheese
susu pekat 400 gm
2 3/4 gelatin + 140ml air panas...
akak tak buh jus lemon pun....
akak buh filling strawberry sbb feveret hubby.....setebal tebalnya lak tu....resepi asal guna blueberry


rupaya2 hubby tak gemor lak.....dia nak mcm dia makan kat Marriot...eee mcm mana nak buat ni
so setiap hari akak makan satu slice ler.....ada lagi satu slice kat peti ais tu....,,,mmmm gemok la kan....hari2 pulun cheese cake

kat Marriot tu kami makan White chocolate cheese cake....
tak tau chilled ke baked...pasal masa tu tak pandai bab2 masak cheese cake...hehhe
tapi sedappppp gilerrr :love:
hehehe.....tak dpt nak bg la kacip....tinggal satu slice je pun...heheh....dok simpan makan petang karang...
ada lagi cheese tu 500gm....kena buat sebelum feb 07...expired dah nanti..tgh pikior nak buat menda ni |

haaaa...ko mmg pandai kacip....japanese cheese cake
nnt wa tepek resipi
60gm butter
250gm cream cheese
120ml whip cream
50gm plain flour
30gm cornflour
3 bijik kuning telur
1 bijik telur
lemon zest 2 tsp(finely grated
5 egg whites
1/8 tsp salt
120gm castor sugar
1 tsp lemon juice ( kita ganti dgn lemon essence)
cara:
grease & line base of a 23-cm springform cake pan.
stir butter, cream cheese and cream in a mangkuk with a whisk over simmering water until smooth.remove from heat.
add all the flours and mix until smooth. mix in egg yolks and egg. stir in lemon zest.
whisk egg whites and salt until foamy. gradually add sugar and lemon essence, and whisk until soft peak form.(ala mcm buat meringue tu la)
lightly fold 1/3 of the egg white into cheese mixture. fold in remaining egg white until just combined.
pou mixture into prepared pan and place pan in water bath. bake for 1 hr ( 160C) |

biasanya tak der brand..mmg dah packed dalam bekas macam tofufa..tapi yg jenis rendah tu..
