buat yang simple dulu....macam slices atau recipe yang pakai muffin pan, selalunya cuma perlu 250g cream cheese dan boleh masak dalam 35 mins....

saya dah check kat archieve tak dak lagik resepi kak mas nie..so saya tepek kat sini sebagai rujukan kawan semua..

TIRAMISU MAS by 1mas2ra

40-50 savoiardi biscuit/ladies fingers/sponge fingers

A/Cream
250gm mascarpone cheese atau philadelphia cheese
250gm whip cream [non dairy]
100gm sugar
1tsp vanilla
1-2Tb cocoa powder atau coffee powder/Nescafe

B/Cocoa Syrup/Coffee Syrup
200ml air
100ml fresh/ UHT milk
2Tb cocoa powder atau Nescafe atau mix
1tsp vanilla

Cocoa powder SAHAJA - for dusting atas

1. Pukul cheese dan 50gm gula sampai gebu, tepikan.
2. Pukul whip cream dan 50gm gula sampai gebu, campurkan dgn cheese, gaul dgn senduk, masukkan vanilla dan cocoa powder atau Nescafe. Gaul just until combine cukup.
3. Sementara nak sediakan syrup bolehlah chillkan kejap campuran tadi.
4. Campurkan semua bahan syrup.
5. Penyediaannya. Sediakan tin (loose base better) 8 X 8 atau 9 x 9. Spray tin dgn non stick spray. Mula2 celupkan fingers dalam syrup dan susun dalam tin.
6. Ayak cocoa skit kat atas fingers tu. Bubuh separuh dari cream mixture tadi. Ulang dgn fingers, cocoa powder dan cream mixture di atas. Ayak banyak cocoa powder sampai cover atas.
7. Tutup dgn cling wrap, kemudian foil  dan simpan dalam freezer dalam 1 jam, keluarkan dan chill overnight.

Nota :
-Yang Mas buat haritu memang totally cocoa pasal anak tak suka coffee tapi for best result memang patut ada combination of both coffee and cocoa.
-Exact size tin tu tak sure pasal tiap kali buat mesti tukar2 guna tin, macam haritu buat dua resepi, satu guna 9 x 9 dan satu lagi guna square foil tin, yang pastinya make sure dua layer tiramisu tu dan kalau ada lebih letaklah dalam dessert cup ke atau apa2 bekas?..sori ya kita memang tak ikut buku punya, ikut dan aje.

br lps bakar cheese kek..tp tak jadik.........huwaaaaaaaaaaa.......:geram:

lapisan bwh rentung (base guna kek gulung coklat), yg bhgn atas ok..syg nk buang coz keju phidelphia kan mahal...huhuhu....:nyorok:

so saya mkn mana yg tak rentung jele.......:kant:

yg base bwh tu saya guna kek gulung (yg biasa kak liza guna utk buat triffle),pastu bhgn atas saya curah dgn adunan ikut resepi kek keju coklat tu..bakar sekaligus..guna api bwh je..suhu 150 c dlm masa 60 minit..dah masak saya biar je dlm oven smpai sejuk..

sekali  tgk2 bhgn bwh bau hangit+rentung...............huwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa........sob sob sob..:cry:

biasanya cheese cake memang gunakan kaedah ni. tapi kalau shida buat yang base biskut tu, kekadang tak pakai pun. sama ada malas atau lupa :bgrin:

laaa..jgn lah mcm tuh..
saya dulu pun sebelum wat cheese cake nie dok rasa mesti susah gilerr..
bila dah wat skali...mak aihh senang nya!
nurul cuba yg basic aje dulu..mcm resepi kat kotak philadelphia tu kan..
pastu dah mahir boleh lah pelbagaikan..
tapi paling selamat buat jenis chill laa..
yg penting kena selalu cuba dan cuba..
nie dah tau punca masalah kek rentung..lenkali kenalah guna cara steambath plakk..
then tgk lah lepas dah masa membakar tuh..kalau kek dah renggang skett dari acuan..boleh dah tutup api..kalau permukaan kek tuh macam lembap lagik..bakar laa lagik skett..ikut oven jugak nie..
mcm shida cakap...paling senang wat tiramisu lah!hihihi..

Smalam ct g Secret Resp yang baru bukak kat Muo Trade Centre ..beli 2 jenis ciskek..aduh! sedap mbanget..anak-anak pun suke..tapi cis kat sini mahal giler w/pun kat bakeri supplier
