harga tu kira ok gak kalu itu kira dah total,,buatnya ada tambah2 lagi, lemah gak tuu lagi satu, ada risiko gak coz limited incubator,kalau baby tak pramatang & berat ok takperla,,buatnyer tak cukup 2kg problem gak tuuuuu.
pilih yg terbaik yer sahidah!!!!ada masa lg untuk difikir2kan.
ada bc kat page awal2..bersalin kat hukm pun sampai rm15k untk twin kannn.ari tu rose bersalin kat osp putrajaya bayar rm6.00 jer.....jimat duit aku...hihihi |

uuuuuuuuuu...byk nye nak kuar modal...hosp bersalin razif nih dekat je ngan umah hakass...tp hakass rela bersalin kat gomen...kalau jadik ape2...dia owg tolak gak gi gomen gak...mase czer twins kat sg buloh hari tuh...duduk 4 hari...2nd class..RM144 je...
skang spital sg buloh hasben pong leh masuk...selayang pon sama...betul cakap intan tuh...better sahidah serbey tmpt2 lain dulu... |

hari ni intan gi check up kat spital serdang...alhamdulillah..baby dua2 sihat...gatai pun dah tak sangat...parut je tinggal...hmmm...kena rajin sapu aloe vera....berkesan gak..strechmark nampak kurang tebal...kalau tak boleh rasa jalur gemilang tu..hahahah
first twin 2.1 kg...2nd twin 1.8kg...rahim dah mcm 40 minggu..risau ni....harap baby ni lahir dengan selamat dan sihat...
sahidah, cene?dah survey?jgn tangguh tau...bukan apa, kita ni bawa twin...anytime je...skg ni kalau buat keje...tak nak tangguh...takut esok lusa tak leh buat dah.. |

askm..hai sume...sorry lmbt reply...saye pegi check up jugak smlm..terus amek MC sbb kaki dh bengkak sgt smpi saket nk jalan...hr ni gagahkan jugakla dtg opis..tp hubby yg hanta..huhu...
setelah dibincangkan segalenyer serbe serbi...kitorg decide mantain je la kt PPUM..dh sume sepital gomen mcm tu..ape boleh buat..tabahkan je la hati utk bbrp hr tu..klu sape2 ade tips utk kurangkan stress atau postpartum mase lps bersalen tu silelah share ye..?
smlm dr check babies same berat..masing2 1.6kg in 31 weeks..babies pn dua2 kepale dh ade kt bwh..dh stat la jln kengkang2 nih..huhu...bentuk perut pn dh senget benget sbb punggung diorang kt atas kn...sakit jugak bile terkena tulang rusuk kite nih...ape2 pn harap2 dptla bertahan selagi mampu ni...gatal perut tu skrg ni tgh gatal yg amat sgt dkt bhg bwh since twins kepale due2 pn kt bwh..maybe berat nk tampung kepale diorang tu..gatal gillerrr!!!! |

hakass....cam rose,copy kat photobucket dulu,then br paste kan kat sini..nak jugak tgk kmbar twin hakass. sekarang ni si kmbar dah pandai nak memanjat..dah pandai berdiri sambil nak panjat kerusi, almari..semua tempat laaa.time ni letih sikit la nak jaga sebab takut jatuh kannn.mia (kakak) slow & steady, nia(adik) mmg laju jer..tak kira la merangkak ker panjat ker berdiri.semuanya dia menang.cuma mia pandai tepuk tangan awal dr nia.
sahidah/intan, berusaha keras yer dlm pantang nanti...(berusaha bf babies & maintainkan body)...kesan bersalin kat perut rose ni still ada.mula2 tu mcm frust jer, tp last2 nak sedapkan ati,,ckp ini adiah la sebab jadi ibu pd c kmbar..(sbb ms 1st peganan mmg takdek scretch mark)...ok take care both of uu |

huhu..sedey betol rasenyer hr ni...satu bdn gatal sesangat..xtau la kenape...dh la perut mmg superb gatal...jgn cite la...pastu kaki yg bengkak pn gatal, tangan, punggung...apsal tibe2 jd mcm ni ek? sape2 penah gatal teruk mcm ni x? ini sume gatal stretchmarks ke ape ek? sbb setiap kali saye garu mesti kelaur biji2...mcm kene gigit nyamuk...huhuu...sangat sedey sbb xleh tido malam...kejap garu tangan, lps tangan kaki plak..pastu perut pn nk gatal jugak...help!!!! |

kita serupa la beb...gatal bebenor...doktor pakar pun sebut nama penyakit ni...sahidah dah masuk 8 bulan kan?dah scan baby boy or gal?intan sampai tahap kena makan ubat yang ada steroid skit baru lega (pregnant boleh amik, dah check kat laman web ubat yang ok dgn baby...lagipun doc pakar kata ok, sbb dah 8 bulan lebih)..tapi skg masih gatal cuma tak seteruk aritu..siap nangis tak leh tido...
badan dah mcm apa...intan tak leh pakai baju ...bra apatah lagi...skg sapu aloevera avaros lega sangat...sambil ilangkan gatal, dia pudarkan parut...berkesan...ketara la pudar parut tu...ok..intan cut n paste maklumat penyakit ni...
Pruritic Urticarial Papules and Plaques of Pregnancy - PUPPP
Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy (PUPPP), also known as polymorphic eruption of pregnancy, is the most common rash in pregnant women. It normally occurs in first pregnancies during the third trimester with an average onset of 35 weeks. Thankfully, PUPPP does not usually affect subsequent pregnancies. Appearance of PUPPP
The rash of PUPPP almost always begins in the stretch marks (striae) of the abdomen. It does not involve the belly button distinguishing it from other common rashes of pregnancy. The rash itself consists of small, red wheals in the stretch marks that grow together to form larger wheals on the abdomen. Sometimes the rash can include small vesicles. Over the next several days, the rash can spread over the thighs, buttocks, breasts, and arms. The rash is very itchy, or pruritic, hence the name. This condition is harmless to mother and baby, but can be very annoying. It lasts an average of 6 weeks and resolves spontaneously 1 to 2 weeks after delivery. The most severe itching normally lasts for no more than 1 week. Cause of PUPPP
The cause of PUPPP is unknown. It is not associated with preeclampsia, autoimmune disorders, hormonal abnormalities, or fetal abnormalities. Some investigators suggest that the rapid abdominal wall distension damages connective tissue and causes an inflammatory response. One study has shown that male fetal DNA can be found in skin biopsies of the rash. Since 70% of women with PUPPP give birth to boys, a new hypothesis is that male fetal DNA acts as a skin irritant. Diagnosis of PUPPP
The diagnosis of PUPPP is clinical, meaning it is based solely on the appearance of the rash. There are no laboratory tests that detect PUPPP. Skin biopsies are not generally performed unless there is a question about the diagnosis. Treatment of PUPPP
The treatment of PUPPP is symptomatic. High strength steroid creams or ointments, such asclobetasol (Temovate) or betamethasone (Diplrolene), used up to 5 to 6 times a day usually relieve the itching and prevent the spread of the rash. Once the rash is under control, changing to a lower strength steroid used less frequently is advisable. For severe cases, daily oral steroids may be necessary to control itching. Oral antihistamines such asatarax, benadryl, and zyrtec, are generally less effective for itching than steroids, but may be useful at night to help with sleep.
