masing2 memberikan isyarat jelas kpd semua pihak
BN perlu selamatkan BN dgn mencari segera jalan penyelsaian kpd masalah GST
rasa2nya rakyat tak tolak pun BN sbb 1MDB, Altantuya tetapi GST yg memberi kesan kpd mereka secara langsung
isu telco dan harga barang naik perlu diselesaikan segera
p/s Semoga PKR kalah di Permatang Pauh |

terus terang ai tak konfiden PR bole tadbir negara lebih baik dr BN. Ntah2..klu diorg menang n PRU nnt..diorg berbalah psl pembahagian jawatan. Masing2 akan fikir tembolok masing2. Tgk la selangor ...isu air tak settle2 malah dipolitikkn.
Klu PR menang nx PRU, sapa layak jadi PM dan TPM? Habaq kat saya? HADI dan LIM GUANG ENG?? |

Cost of living issues, not 1MDB, cause of lower Rompin majority, says Dr M BY MD IZWAN Published: 6 May 2015 1:08 PM
Former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad says his criticism of 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) had less impact on the results of the Rompin by-election than issues such as the goods and services tax (GST). – The Malaysian Insider file pic, May 6, 2015.
Former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said there were other issues that caused Barisan Nasional (BN) to reap a lower majority in the Rompin by-election yesterday, not his criticism of the current administration.
He said issues such as the higher cost of living and the goods and services tax (GST) had a greater impact on voters in the largely rural parliamentary seat than financial scandals involving 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB).
Dr Mahathir said he should not be blamed for causing a drop in votes for BN due to his criticism of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, as it was more likely that rural voters in a constituency like Rompin did not understand issues like 1MDB.
He said they would likely not be able to grasp details about the huge amount of losses incurred by the government-owned strategic development fund. "I'm not a factor, the focus there is more on the cost of living and prices of goods.
"Most orang kampung (rural people) do not know what 1MDB is about, they would find it hard to imagine a sum of money as large as RM42 billion" he said, referring to the amount of debts the fund has incurred.
BN yesterday retained the Rompin parliamentary seat in the by-election, but saw its majority slashed by half compared to the 13th general election two years ago, with a lower voter turnout.
Dr Mahathir said the cause of the drop in votes stemmed from the government's introduction of the GST which he said had put pressure on consumers' purchasing power and squeezed their incomes even more.
"Purchasing power has decreased and they need to pay GST, so this has shrunk their incomes," he said.
Besides 1MDB, Dr Mahathir has also picked on the GST and suggested that Putrajaya scrap the 6% consumption tax introduced on April 1. – May 6, 2015.

Mcm mana the "Next To Be PM" akan handle kes tu?bawak semua yg terlibat dlm 1MDB ke muka pengadilan?

Take GST chaos seriously – Sin Chew Daily Published: 5 May 2015 6:14 PM
More than a month after the goods and services tax (GST) is implemented, the situation remains chaotic.
Consumers are condemning, traders are complaining, while the Customs are pressuring. The Customs has also demonstrated "extraordinary" efficiency, not only charging errant traders in court, but officers will also be going undercover to take to task traders flouting regulations.
The action, however, can only help deterring attempts of flouting regulations, but not fixing the price rise problem. The people will still have to face the brutal reality of the rising cost of living.
Meanwhile, the action has also sparked another controversy, namely whether the authorities will still allow the two-year grace period for registered traders as promised?
Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) president Datuk Lim Kok Cheong said yes, but Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Chua Tee Yong and Customs GST director Datuk Subromaniam Tholasy said that there is no such thing as "GST grace period". Who is right, then?
Since the implementation of GST, officers from various related departments have indeed repeatedly issued some vague or contradictory instructions.
The decision on whether mobile prepaid reloads should be exempted from the GST alone has been changed for several times, confusing consumers and traders, while becoming a laughing stock.
In addition, whether restaurants can still impose service charge has also confused customers and traders. No wonder former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad bluntly criticised that even the government does not understand how the GST works.
From the consumer's standpoint, the people will agree that action must be taken against errant traders and there should be no compromise. Even with the so-called two-year grace period, the acts of some traders who take advantage by massively raising prices or deliberately not issuing bills to customers must not be tolerated.
From the trader's point of view, however, it is the government who charges the GST without giving them commission, but the implementation of GST has burdened them much.
For instance, they have to spend money to install computer software, hire clerks responsible for the paperwork and pay accountants regularly to help in making reports.
As Lim said, traders are only "agents" helping the Customs in collecting the GST and thus, if some of them inadvertently commit some technical errors as they are not familiar with the GST, the Customs should understand and give them only oral or written warning, while clearly pointing out their mistakes, so that they can have a chance to correct the mistakes, instead of being prone to vigorous enforcement and charging them in court.
However, it is indeed a dilemma for law enforcement units to determine whether traders are knowingly breaching the regulations or inadvertently committing errors, as well as to be fair and just, while finding a balance between law and grace. Of course, possible corruption and abuse of power will also further complicate the problem.
Therefore, it is foreseeable that in the next one year or so, various chaotic situations will continue taking place and if prices continue to soar, civil resentment will rise to boiling point and it is an issue that must be taken solemnly, as well as become a huge test for the government. – mysinchew.com, May 5, 2015.

Al-Maeda, Chapter #5, Verse #90)
Al-Maeda, Chapter #5, Verse #91)

i rasa tak susah pun mencari calon . kalau PKR dilihat
membaiki balik kerosakan yg dilakukan Umno yg sebenarnya semakin parah .
sekian .. terima kaseh .
wsslam .
