bola tu ade size small medium large myself I gune yg medium...dekat kedai2 fitness equipment ade...mase lizzy beli dulu dlm RM110 satu bola...but memang good sambil tgk tv boleh buat...also good for thighs and abdomen..tapi tu ler masaalah nnyer mase mula2 beli..hari2 giat buat pagi petang lagi..sekarng ni bola tu tgh kumpul spider web dlm store room |

bagi perut yg buncit, memula buat sit up akan tambah buncit dan terasa macam nak fed up tapi sit up bagi perut kita melebar & firm, pinggang pulak kecik jadi ramping. So morale of the story, buat penuh dgn kesabaran.... |
