kenapa pau saya semasa kukus naik tinggi menggunung macam GUNUNG EVEREST gitu...
tapi selepas dikeluarkan dan disejukkan dia ranap macam kena eartquake....

Inti kacang tu senang je buat. Saya gorengkan kacang tanpa minyak. Bila dah garing, alihkan dari api, remove the skin and tumbuk. sampai agak halus. Pas tu saya campurkan gula castor, amount up tu you. I have eaten pau yg berinti kacang tanah kat kampung masa kecik kecik dulu. Sedap. aroma dia macam lebih kurang apam balik.
BAkul tu, I bought it when we were in Ireland, kat kedai cina. I have seen here but they are fairly big ( here, in Iceland) Kat Malaysia tak tau pulak mana.

Bamboo steamer tu letakkan di atas steamer ke macam mana... boleh terangkan tak? Saya guna pot steamer lepas tu saya masukkan bekas tu ke dalam pot and tutup bekas, lastly saya tutupkan pot lead. Macam tu ada betul ka? |

Milk powder 6 g
Instant Dry Yeast 9 g
Sugar 90 g

Masukkan air dan uli selama 2 minit. Masukkan shortening dan uli lagi selama lebih kurang 6 minit atau sampai dough half developed
Alihkan dough to onto a flour dusted work surface and round up the dough. Biarkan dough to ferment for 30 to 40 minutes and roll out. Fold into half and roll out again, repeat sampai 6 to 8 kali.
Leave dough for 15 minutes and devide into 40 g pieces
Round up and leave dough pieces for another 10 minutes
Roll out each piece of dough round with edges thinner than centre. Place filling in and pleat the dough from adges to center. With seam facing downwards, stick a greesprove paper on it.
Arrange paus 2.5 cm apart on steaming tray and prove for 30 minutes. Steam on high heat for 12 to 15 minutes. |

Tillingtan,
Maisya dah cuba buat inti kacang tanah tu....memang best! ( tapi maisya guna soft brown sugar instead of caster sugar , sebab malas nak kisar gula kasar tu )....nanti boleh buat selalu sebab senang , selalunya kalau nak buat pau ni part nak buat inti tu yg malas sikit.....tapi yg ni tak payah masak ke hapa...senang jer. Tq Tillingtan.
cuba nak buat atas pau tu macam bunga ...tak jadik arr...tak lawo... |
