Start pkp haritu.. paling nampak ialah pori xbesaq.. elok skin.. (smpi member igt rajin p facial kt spa) tp ada jeragat.. yg kes jeragat ni ada order the inkey list.. x smpi2 lg.. dah dekat 3 minggu dah ni.. mungkin minggu dpn smpi la kot.. |

iols penah beli TO tapi ingredients lain, tah la tak bape nak masuk. mcm takde ape jadi pun kat skin.
the inkey list ni sebab tgk tinggal dua ketul je. so iol ambik je la sementara masih ade 
kalau tgk dr. ingky suggest pakai adapalene je. iols ade adapalene tu. padahal mende sama. spesis retinoic gak.

retinol and adapalene basically mende yang sama. group dlm retinoids/vitamin A.cuma retinol yang biasa ada dekat pasaran. adapalene tu retinoids tapi medical grade(yg ni memang dermatologist yang advice ambik).
kalau oily skin memang sesuai la ambik retinol nih. tp kena pakai jugak moisturizer. sebab retinol ni mengeringkan kulit.
