Bahan-bahan ( terpulang )
    Bawang putih halia Bawang merah Jering tua Ikan bilis Cili Bo garam, gula
  • asam keping

Cara-cara
    Semua bahan diblend kecuali ikan bilis, cili bo asam keping dan jering.
    Goreng ikan bilis sampai garing, masukkan gula supaya ikan agak sedikit crunchy bila masak.
    Masukkan bahan yang dblend, tumis bagi naik bau, masukkan asam keping jering, sedikit garam dan kacau sebati sampai masak.
  • Dah masak boleh hidang bersama nasi panas.. fulamak terangkat makan.

:: Ingredients ::
3 big red chili, break to 3 pieces
1 big green chili, break to 3 pieces
10 cili padi
1 tablespoon toasted belacan
juice of 3 lime
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar

With a stone mortar, start pounding the chilis hard - crush and crush them. Be careful not to let the juice get to your eyes - you might not stop crying... As the chilis mash up, add the belacan and pound it. Add a little bit of water if it is too dry, to ease the pounding. Once you get a ''gravy'' sorta texture, stop, add the lemon juice in, combine.

Transfer to a small bowl, and serve with rice, fried fish, fish curry, or any other dish such as fried rice, and noodles.

bawang putih

Ayam Masak Merah


Bahan-Bahan:
Bahan untuk dikisar:
30 gm cili kering
30 gm halia
20 gm bawang putih
90 gm serai
200 gm bawang besar
300 gm tomato
200 gm minyak masak
Garam, gula dan serbuk perasa secukup rasa         1.5 kg ayam dipotong 10 bahagian dan digoreng setengah masak
Cara:
Pijarkan minyak dalam kuali kemudian tumiskan bahan-bahan yang sudah dikisar hingga garing. Setelah itu masukkan ayam, garam, gula dan serbuk perasa secukup rasa. Gaulkan hingga sebati dan rata. Apabila telah kering bolehlah diangkat.

        Bahan B
minyak untuk menumis
5 sudu kerisek
5 sudu kicap
garam secukup rasa
daun kunyit dimayang halus
Cara:
Bahan A digoreng dengan sedikit minyak. Kemudian dikisar. Gaul dan perap ayam dengan bahan A dan kicap. Tumis sedikit bahan kisar tadi hingga pecah minyak. Masukkan ayam yang diperap. Masukkan kerisek. Masak hingga ayam empuk. Masukkan garam secukup rasa. Taburkan dengan daun kunyit.
