Her partner Scott Disick recently poked fun at her post-pregnancy figure causing her to burst into a flood of tears.
But it seems that Kourtney Kardashian got the last laugh on Thursday when she stepped out looking slender in a pretty blue and white romper.
Arriving at her sister Kim's house without Scott, the 33-year-old reality star was a breath of fresh air in her patterned all-in-one.

Kim Kardashian vows to ‘never get a face-lift’ after bloody ‘vampire’ facial

Kim Kardashian may have only starred in a Tyler Perry romantic comedy, but on a Sunday night episode of "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami" the reality star looked more like a character from a horror film.

And the gory scene certainly wasn't for the faint of heart.

The self-conscious starlet got a face full of blood during a gruesome procedure known as a "vampire" or blood facial, which is apparently supposed to reverse signs of aging.

"I love trying anything that makes you look and feel youthful," Kardashian said.

The intricate facial involves doctors drawing blood from a youth-seeking patient's arm, spinning it in centrifuge to separate the blood components, then re-inserting it into the face - under the skin - with acupuncture-like needles.

Kardashian, 32, is seen wailing in pain as the procedure is done, while pal Jonathan Cheban looks on nauseously.

"'Oh my God. I will never get a facelift if it feels like that," she yells. Later on, Kardashian insists she's "all good," posting a bloody-faced photo to Twitter.

Jenis pentingkan diri sendiri drpd jaga kesihatan/keselamatan baby... mcm certain ibu yg merokok dan minum masa preggy. Kim ni mcm obses sgt nak cantik dan awet muda. sanggup tahan sakit sampai nangis2
