Tapi very doubtful ler kalau you only 23 or 25 years old boleh senang2 kena blood clot kan? Melainkan you ada silent comorbid, cholestrol,hypertension lain la cerita.
Ni Athletes yang very strict dalam diet mereka, they have their own Dietician, personal trainer, manager, macam Hailey tu kalau jalan2 dengan Kendal tak sah tangan mereka hanya ada green smoothies, I bet kat rumah mesti loaded with green leafy too kan?
And sejak menjak ni beramai pula kena blood clot kan. 
Maybe green smoothies punca blood clot now. |
