Rasanya bukan...Masjid kat Night Bazaar tu ialah Masjid Ban Haw

Tak jauh.. dalam 2 km dari pusat bandar...Kita orang pi dengan Bas Tour Agency...Kalau nak ke Royal Flora boleh naik Van, Teksi atau Tut-Tut atau special bas yang berulang alik hingga jam 11 malam...Pi la kalau ada peluang dan bandingkan cara Thailand menganjurkan Royal Flora ni berbanding dengan MAHA kita...Memang ada class kerana apa yang dipaparkan di situ berbeza dengan expo pertanian atau pesta flora di tempat kita...

Tak sempat tengok...Saya sampai kat Chiangmai 20 Disember...pameran rare species and novelties tamat pada 16 Disember...time tu  pameran buku diraja baru saja dibuka....Sempat melawat Galeri Pameran antarabangsa Holland, Kemboja, Vietnam dan Malaysia (tak larat nak melawat habis kerana kaki sakit)..Yang best tu ada pertunjukan kebudayaan dari Malaysia petang tu...beberapa orang penonton  siap naik menari 'Tarian Kipas' dengan penari Malaysia kat atas pentas..ribuan penonton di bawah termasuk pelancong barat bertepuk riuh rendah ikut irama tarian kipas tu...

memula tgk royal flora macam tak minat je nak gi..  ye lah, kalau taman2 bunga biasa tak de la minat sgt.

Tapi baca rekomen cassio and border ni terus rasa nak pegi je, hehhehe.

sky pegi 4 hari/3 mlm aje.. sebab susah la nak minta cuti lelama

Yg mesti nak gi kat golden triangle/long neck village sumer tu - mesti 1 whole day dah.

kat royal flora dlm setengah hari kot.. plus city tour dah jadi one full day.

Lagi nak gi mana ek.. tgk sana mmg syok buat jungle trekking or white water rafting, tapi tak cukup masa rasanya.

Sky leh deal ngan travel agency. Aritu masa cassio tgh tunggu ayah cassio book tour, ade sorang pelancong eropah tanye kat situ, pasal dia nak pegi trekking tapi she just have one day. her flight tomorrow morning. cassio curik2 dgr la. Pastu trus je org tu ckp...boleh...

so i think takde masalah.
oh ye! kalo Sky suke pegi tempat bersejarah, pegi la Kanchanaburi province. (cassio geram tol coz tak cukup masa nak pegi sana walopun cassio pegi 10 hari!) Itupun kalo Sky pegi near Bangkok? Kalo pegi, tolong la amik pics kat situ..i really REALLY want it. Sedih tol tak dpt pegi..byg la dari south ke central to north Thai cassio pegi...dari 76 province in Thailand, hampir 20+ province cassio lalu. tapi tak sampai ke Kanchanaburi! :cry:

River Kwai Bridge

Visitors may not have heard of this province but it’s likely they know about the nearby bridge over the River Kwai. Many Allied prisoners of war perished during World War II building the infamous Death Railway. The bridge itself is very unassuming; today it’s still used occasionally by local train traffic. Whilst on the subject of bridges Kanchanaburi also boasts the longest wooden bridge in Thailand in Sangkhlaburi district, Kanchanaburi province across the Mekhong, you can see Mon villages. Visit the nearby museum which chronicles life in the POW camps and the history of the jungle railroad’s construction (there is even a simulated Allied bombardment). Also take a walk through the immaculately maintained Allied War Cemetery where you’ll find the graves of more than 8 000 POWs who died working on the bridge and railway for the Japanese imperial Army. It’s a very moving experience. Kanchanaburi can be seen as a day trip from Bangkok try to include a trip to Nakhon Pathom a must if you plan a couple of days.

ERAWAN NATIONAL PARK

If you’re spending a couple of nights in Kanchanaburi consider taking a day trip to Erawan National Park. Easily reached by bus the park sits in the middle of thick jungle and contains a series of small waterfalls descending a hill and flowing into a series of pools. It’s a delight to swim in the cold clear pools as an antidote to the thick tropical heat. Outside of Kanchanaburi the unique Jungle Rafts Hotel lies on the River Kwai about two hours by boat from nearby Pak Saeng (reached by car or bus from Bangkok). Built on the edge of the river the hotel provides a perfect base from which to tour caves take walks in teak and bamboo forests swim in the river see picturesque waterfalls and wild orchids and indulge in either western or Thai food. Plan two nights if time permits.

or kalo Sky mmg dok kat north Thai je, ade gak national park yg best kat situ.
Boleh naik mountain..yg highest peak.
cuaca gerenti sejuk. i think as low as 7

Border sampai di Kanchanaburi pada 18 Disember2006 lalu....cuaca masa tu agak panas....Tarikan utama di sini adalah Jambatan Keretapi yang merentasi River Kwai...di sini juga terdapat Muzium Peringatan Perang bagi memperingati Buruh Paksa iaitu warga dari pelbagai negara yang menjadi mangsa tentera Jepun semasa membina landasan keretapi ini...
