adehhh.... iolls stop sekejap hl sbb beli beribu riban baju korset yg mcm haprak tu... skunk makin n ...
u can take but we hv to see how big r u...for my clients yg on the bigger side, i advise them makan f1+teamix+aloe (kalao ada bajet lebih br amik NW and TC) saja dulu...bg pecah lemak kaw2....lepas tu br i akan suruh makan f3 utk reshaping body and build muscle...
this is important step in building ur muscle, to ensure bile u kat maintenance stage, u dont go back to ur original weight/shape
in my case, i kat meaintenance stage now, i only take 1x shake, teamix 2liter, nrg 1liter, NW every night and TC formula...and i enjoy food in moderation...

actually i kna paksa amek HL last year oleh my panel doc yg kata i underweight n x ckup zat 
so i take it as supplement je during fasting..klu x, mmg akn ada hari2 yg i akn collapse sbb x larat + my bp is low
i'll pm u later if i x jumpa yg dealer yg lbih dkt ye...tggu gaji jugok sbnrnya hahaha

...
ur doc was right...since u r underweight how much of food or supplement can ur body take at a time...so by taking herbalife it gives all the nutritions and vitamins the body needs..tak perlu amik supplement lain...im a loyal herbalife consumer since 2008

Saya dah try dua2...cuma saya rasa sy mmg suka aloe HBL lg..sebab on the spot kesannya
pasal my husband mmg jenis usus problem. kalau pagi2 duk toilet lama. makan sikit je memulas teruk..belum food poisoning lg
sy beli sebotol aloe utk husband, pastu ada satu hari pkl 3-4 pagi sy sakit perut comfirm food poisoning,
rasa mcm nak terberanak sampai terduduk..siap2 nk ke hospital
teringat ada aloe dlm fridge, sy try....terasa dia "bekerja dlm perut" terus ok...sambung tido

mungkin doktor boleh jelaskan sedikit sebanyak kandungan protein soya dan kanser payudara??

dah lama baru nk reply ek..sori la baru baca
ttg soya akan beri kesan pd wanita i pun penah baca dan pernah tanya kat dr sakit puan. dr tu kata soya akan suppress progesteron sbb dia ada estrogen effect that's why akan ada kesan pd ovari, breast.
one more thing, sapa2 yang susah nak kurus tu cuba buat bood test tengok hormon thyroid level. sebab sapa yg ada low thyroid akan ada masalah low metabolism. so sebelum amik apa2 produk tu better u all check dulu apa masalah u all. betul tak dr arissa (page 58) hehe
