Premier League - Tosic leaves United for CSKA Moscow

Serbia winger Zoran Tosic has left Manchester United for Russian club CSKA Moscow for an undisclosed fee.
Tosic, 23, has signed a five-year contract with CSKA, United said on their website.
The fee is reported to be in the region of £8 million.
The left-sided midfielder, currently on World Cup duty, made just five substitute appearances since joining the club in January 2009.
He spent the second half of last season on loan at FC Cologne in Germany, where he was more successful, hitting five goals in 13 games.
Tosic was hailed as the long-term heir to Ryan Giggs's throne at Old Trafford when he signed from Partizan Belgrade.

Manchester United have distanced themselves from a bid for Joe Cole.
Tottenham and Arsenal have been linked with the 29-year-old, who has been released by Chelsea and is available on a free contract.
However, on Tuesday Spurs boss Harry Redknapp, who worked with Cole during his formative years at West Ham, said he thought the midfielder had agreed a transfer to Manchester United, which would be concluded once England's World Cup campaign is over.
Sources close to the Old Trafford outfit have distanced themselves from that speculation. There have been rumours a potential transfer could be derailed over wages but a United insider has insisted there was never any contact from the Red Devils, and therefore the issue of wages was never considered.
With United out of the running, Redknapp can now make a move for a player who John Terry, in his remarkable press conference on Sunday, claimed it was incomprehensible Chelsea have released.
The Red Devils have made one signing this summer, Mexico striker Javier Hernandez, who has already make a goalscoring contribution to his country's charge to the knockout phase. England Under-21 defender Chris Smalling is also due to arrive from Fulham at the start of next month and Sir Alex Ferguson previously indicated he did not expect to do that much more business.

Premier League - Scholes reveals retirement plan

Former England international Paul Scholes is ready to end his playing career at the end of next season and go into coaching.
Scholes, who admitted prior to the World Cup that he would have come out of international retirement to play for England if coach Fabio Capello had asked him earlier, says he has one more top flight season left in him.
Now Scholes, 35, has spoken about his future plans while hosting a soccer academy in Florida.
"I am coming to the end of my playing career and I maybe have one year left," Scholes said in an EPL Talk Podcast.
"I have started doing my coaching badges back in England and hopefully one day I will be able to coach kids or coach some kind of team somewhere."

Paul Scholes masa zaman muda dia permainan dia hampir sebijik dengan Fabgreas dan Xavi yakni passing playmaker. Dia pemain yang sangat underrated tetapi sangat dihormati oleh ramai pemain2 dan pengurus ternama kerana kebolehannya. Zidane, Fabregas, Henry, Marcelo Lippi, Edgar Davids, Vieira adalah antara nama2 besar yang memandang tinggi terhadap Paul Scholes.
Dia unik kerana walaupun seorang Inggeris tetapi permainannya tidak seperti tipikal Inggeris kerana kebolehan teknikalnya yang tinggi serta lansung tidak memiliki sifat ego dan sombong serta tidak dioverhyped seperti pemain2 England yang lain. Oh ya masa zaman muda dia dia agak lincah menggelek. Aku bleh bagi video youtube jika kau mahu. |

Kalau sekadar peminat biasa depa apa tahu . Biasalah tu, dalam mana2 kelab ada ramai jua kelompok peminat yang tidak tahu menilai atau terlebih fanatik. Sebab itu aku perasan kau asik kata kelab Man Utd ini overrated, mesti pasal ko banyak jumpa peminat lebih sudu dari kuah kan?
Biasalah tu, peminat2 macam tulah yang membuatkan kelab dapat nama buruk. Aku pun boleh kata Real Madrid kelab overrated jugak, pasal peminat asyik gebang depa menang 9 kali piala eropah tapi hakikatnya sekarang ni mereka terkandas di pusingan pertama Piala Eropah untuk 6 kali berturut-turut walaupun telah membelanjakan ratusan juta pound......gila apa? |
