barangkali nama ikan ya ikan susu (milk fish)? kat kl tok ada sigek filipino restoran nama Pancake House...sidak nya serve ikan susu salei. ikan tok memang banyak tulang. tapi cara sidak nya molah sigek tulang sik ada.

kamek googled nak tau cara macam ney cara ikan tok di buang tulang abis-abisan....nang ada teknik..susah. sik jadi mek beli ikan mantak ya...ingat nak coba molah kedirik tek.

tapi menu tok nang nyaman....mun kamek makan sampey ke palak ikan ya di abis kamek. kamek kedak pusak di beri bahagian palak oleh laki kamek..... sik juak malu eh.

perkataan kedak tok baruk pure orang sarawak ajak tau. mun di kelakar depan sidak malaya, mun nak migraine sidak nya nak ngerti.

oh padu milkfish tek
kmk nang impress lah bila sidak ada teknik buang tulang tanpa belah perut ya. Kakak mek madah sidak buang ikan ya ditarik dari ekor...dibuat secara perlahan supaya isi ikan sik hancur...manakala insang & perut dibuang pakey mulut...kemudian bumbu ya dimasuk melalui mulut ikan.

RENDANG JENGKOL

Bahan:
1 kg jengkol tanpa kulit
1 liter santan
1 batang serai, dimemarkan
1 lembar daun kunyit
5 lembar daun jeruk purut, diikat dengan daun kunyit

Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
12-20 cabai merah, digiling
6 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
1 cm jahe
5 cm lengkuas/laos
garam secukupnya

Cara Membuat:
* Masak santan bersama daun kunyit, daun jeruk dan serai.
* Masukkan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan sampai mendidih dan kecilkan apinya.
* Masukkan jengkol yang sudah dikupas dan aduk terus dengan rata agar matangnya merata.
* Masak terus jengkol dengan api sedang sampai santan mengental dan agak kering dan jengkol sudah menjadi empuk.
* Dihidangkan sekali panas atau dingin sesuai dengan selera masing-masing.

mahal rega leyak ya. lebih mahal dr blue cheese. btw, kamek dr dolok nak engkah gambar dctok. tp sik dpt coz online opis sik dpt photobucket atau sewaktu dgn nya. kamek nak masang internet di rumah. tp gik ngira costing meli pc. i've been eyeing on apple desktop pc for years now. tp sik cukup budget utk rm4k++. baruk pindah rumah dikpun juak bah. duit nak disimpan dah habis k meli perkakasan rumah, lighting dan etc. ya pun belom lengkap gik. nak ngupah urg molah wallpaper living room. bukan wallpaper divider ya. mun nok divider ya, murah jak. dlm rm100 dan boleh DIY.  nok kamek mauk ya ada molah costing oleh kontraktor..mok nak rm1500. kakya nang laminated flooring gik. tile lantai sik best. tang ujuuk jak tangga kamek. nak laminated flooring ya dlm rm4500k utk dining and living room. hai...duit2.

baruk mek perasan, dlm resepi rendang jengkol ya sik ada disebut engkah sidak garam, ajinomoto atau gula...apa ndak kah rasa rendang jengkol yg berpandukan resepi di atas kah?

Mun yg pernah kamek rasa dolok nang superbbb...YUMMY..eh terliur kamek eh.
tapi kalau di Jakarta sik sah mun kamek sik makan tata rib...yummy
dan sup gondro...yummyy

mana mana lah disk.......asal kelak mun ada power, jangan jadi power rangers.

dirik suka molah western food......pernah coba molah chicken parmigiana, makan ngan spaghetti. mun sik ada recipe, try coba recipe tok......kamek selalu molah nya. simple and delicious.

chicken parmiana

1 piece boneless & skinless chicken breast (cut across horizontally so you get 2 thin pieces)
1 egg, beaten
Breadcrumb
Shredded parmesan and mozzarella cheese

Dipped the chicken into the egg and coat with breadcrumb. Baked for 40min at 350F.

For the sauce;
2.5 cups spaghetti sauce
4-5 tablespoon ketchup
salt, pepper & sugar to taste

1. Put all the ingredients into a pot and boil on medium heat. Keep stirring to avoid splatter.

2. When the chicken is done, put them aside.

3. In a 2-in deep baking pan, pour some of the sauce enough to cover the bottom.

4. Lay the chicken in a single layer. Sprinkle the shredded cheese onto the chicken.

5. Pour the rest of the sauce on top. Make sure the sauce covers the chicken and the cheese.

6. Continue baking for 20min at 350F.

*tips: oven temperature, ikut oven masing masing......kamek sik makey temperature tok. terlampau panas for my oven.
