last weekend try buat cheese cake lagi, letak topping blueberry. Tapi rupanya tak cantik sangat.. Takpe, janji sedap!

kalau nak buat tiramisu, biskut tiramisu tu selalunya kalau kat supermarket kat bahagian mana depa letak ek?? dok round2 tak jumpa pun...
then, kalau nak ganti biskut ngan kek span cam resepi kak liza tu, biasanya guna kek span resepi yang mana? dah seminggu lebih eden dok terbayang2 nak makan tiramisu neh!!! |

kkliz apernah juga gunakan kek apollo [yg budak2 suka makan tu..1 packet 30 sen tu...
boleh tahan juga dan senang nak buh dalam cawan /gelas macam ni..

campuran keju cream + yogurt stoberi [ini mungkin dipanggilkan mousse stoberi kot]
buah stoberi
pastu buat selapis lagi begini..
last sekali buh tooping fresh cream [boleh gunakan cream yg selalu dipicitkan atas banana split u]
kakliza tak eprnah buat lagi..tapi kakliza nampak gambaran tu macam tu jer...:nerd: |

kak liza pernah juga gunakan serbuk agar NONA tu. tapi mmg lembek..
so kalau gunakan serbuk agar NONA tu gunakan 1 paket..insyaAllah akan ok..

tapi kalau serbuk agar kat kedai BWY atau BAGUS tu kkliza x pernah cuba la..
so gfar kkliza hanya gunakans erbuk agar2 cap bintang..paket hijau tu...

ekceli ada jual kat kedai cina ni... harga pun lebih kurang jaaa ngan kat mesia. tapi dalam AUD la. kalau kat sana rm 0.30, kat sini AUD 0.30. make sure jangan gatai2 nak convert harga... ~rm0.70-rm0.90 gitu! |

Kalau kat UK biasanya depa letak kat bahagian jem, peanut butter,jelly,aiskrim topping, dan biskut/waffle aiskrim tu...Nunu kat Au kan..try le cari no
ni rupanya...nama pun cam bunyi France je:-

Chocolate Cheese Cake
Source CW Cookbook 3

Mixture ??
250g cream cheese
60g castor sugar
1 egg
i. Beat cream cheese with sugar until light and fluffy.
ii. Beat in egg until well incorporated. Set mixture aside.
Mixture ??
180g butter
150g sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp cocoa
120g self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
iii. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
iv. Beat in egg, one at a time until well incorporated into mixture.
v. Sieve all the dried ingredients together.
vi. Fold into egg mixture.
vii. To assemble, pour half of mixture ??, then all of mixture ??, then remaining mixture ??.
viii. Bake in preheat oven at 150C for 40-45 min or until skewer comes out clean.
ix. Once cool, chill in refridgerator.
Note that the original recipe recommends that the cake is "nice eaten chilled". Some members prefer it eaten at room temperature.
