Semalam pi antar anak ngaji Quran ,sementara anak ngaji akak tunggu kat situ...nampak sorang budak l ...
dah mak dia pun mental gak...grrr geram mak macam ni..anak tu pun p ngaji..pandai ke dak...takut sekadar orang p ngai dia pun p..orang dapat ..dia dak atau pun mak dia hantar tu macam bagi guru mengaji tolong jaga anak dia sat...

Cosplay killing: Suspect’s confession not admissible in court

PETALING JAYA: A confession alone is not admissible in court and it does not mean that the person who confessed has committed a crime, said a criminologist.
Prof Dr P. Sundramoorthy, from the School of Sciences in Universiti Sains Malaysia, said that the law was amended a few years ago so that confessions did not carry weight in court anymore.
“We can’t make assumptions. A confession alone does not mean the person is guilty.
The person could be mentally ill or covering up for someone,” he said.
He was commenting on the 23-year-old man who was remanded on Wednesday for the murder of 15-year-old Ng Yuk Tim.
The man supposedly confessed killing Ng to Selangor Community Policing founder Kuan Chee Hong.
Kuan said the man admitted that he tried to rape Ng in his house and hit her with a dumbbell when she resisted.
Section 113 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CPC) states a confession or similar statements may be admissible as evidence if made to a police officer ranked Inspector or higher unless certain conditions can be proven.
“The benchmark for a burden of proof to convict someone has increased significantly to a certain extent,” explained Sundramoorthy.
He explained that such statements would only be admissible if they were backed up by physical evidence such as DNA or blood and collaborating statements from witnesses if there were any.
Sundramoorthy said the suspect was only a person of interest at this point of time.
“You can’t determine his guilt straightaway. There is much more to be learnt about the events that took place,” he said.
He added that the police should be given time and space to conduct their investigations.
Criminal defence lawyer Farhan Read said that confessions made to almost anybody when someone is under arrest is inadmissible.
It was also inadmissible if that someone was not under arrest but they were still able to impose their authority such as a parent to a child.
He however said that if someone was casually talking over coffee to a friend who happened to be a Deputy Public Prosecutor a confession of a murder then might be admissible.
“A confession has to be reliable in order to be admissible. It has to be given voluntarily and it must not be as a result of oppression or interrogation,” he said. |

Cosplay killing: Suspect was fan of Monkey D.Luffy

PETALING JAYA: The suspect who allegedly murdered a 15-year-old girl whose body was found in a suitcase, is fan of One Piece, a Japanese anime.
The 23-year-old man loves to don the character Z from the anime which is about the adventures of Monkey D.Luffy, a young boy who has an elastic body.
The suspect is famous among the cosplay (costume play where participants don constume to represent an anime character) community in Malaysia.
He bagged 5th place in the recent CPF Cosplay Competition held in Sungai Wang Plaza, Kuala Lumpur.
Some cosplayers, who knows the suspect personally, could not believe that he was involved in a murder.

They say the suspect has helped many cosplayers know more about their passion.
“Let me tell you this, the alleged suspect has so many supporters, even his closest friends will not believe he did it,” said a cosplayer who knows him personally.
“He is a nice guy. I've spoken to him a few times and I’ve never heard any unsavoury rumours about him,” she added.
She said the cosplay community was feeling down at the moment and the incident might impact future cosplay events.
Another cosplayer felt the media should not blame cosplaying for the crime as it could have been committed by anyone.
“Personally, I am unhappy with the angle in which the media is covering this story- it's not about the cosplay community,” she said.
“It’s just a plain case of stranger danger - the same as a girl who would follow a guy to a club, and if she wasn't careful she got raped and killed.”
Another cosplayer, who wanted to be known as Kyu-erien said it’s not fair to blame cosplay for the incident.
“If cosplay is to be blamed then porn should be the subject of question as well. There are many things that might corrupt a person. I personally don't know the victim or the accused but I heard that they have known each other for 5 years," she said.
While she felt for the family of both parties affected, she cautioned that the incident was a sad reminder that everyone should exercise caution about who they meet - be it in business or leisure.
Ng Yuk Tim who was reported missing two days ago is believed to have been murdered. Her suspected killer is in remand.
A community crime watcher said the suspect who last saw the 15-year-old alive had confessed to killing her.
The 23-year-old suspect initially claimed that he had dropped the girl off at the Kelana Jaya LRT station at 2pm on Monday. He later admitted lying and confessed to the murder. |

'Sudah Terlambat Untuk Menyesal' - Suspek Kes Bunuh Yuk Tim

Suspek kes bunuh Yuk Tim (baju putih).
PETALING JAYA: "Kenapa anda melakukannya?" tanya para pemberita apabila suspek pembunuh Ng Yuk Tim dibawa masuk ke dalam Mahkamah Majistret Petaling Jaya pada pagi Rabu.
"Saya tidak tahu...," jawabnya dengan acuh tidak acuh.
Ditanya adakah dia menyesali di atas perbuatan jenayah yang dilakukannya, suspek yang berusia 23 tahun itu berkata, "Sudah terlambat untuk saya menyesal."
Lelaki berkenaan direman polis sehingga 29 Oktober bagi membantu siasatan berhubung kes pembunuhan Yuk Tim, 15, yang ditemui mati dan disumbatkan ke dalam beg pakaian pada malam Selasa.
Ketua Polis Daerah Petaling Jaya, ACP Arjunaidi Mohamed yang mengesahkan perkata itu menambah bahawa kes tersebut disiasat di bawah Seksyen 302 Kanun Keseksaan kerana membunuh.
Dilaporkan bahawa Yuk Tim meninggalkan rumah pada pukul 11 pagi Isnin dan pergi ke rumah suspek di Kampung Cempaka di Kelana Jaya untuk membuat pakaian kostum bagi suatu majlis.
Lelaki itu mengaku cuba untuk merogol budak perempuan itu sebelum memukulnya menggunakan 'dumbbell' dan menyebabkannya mati serta-merta.
Pada awalnya lelaki terbabit mendakwa dia menghantar budak perempuan itu di stesen LRT Kelana Jaya pada kira-kira pukul 3.30 petang.
Suspek diserahkan ke Balai Polis Petaling Jaya oleh seorang pemerhati jenayah, Kuan Chee Hong yang terlebih dahulu menyiasat suspek.
Kuan diminta oleh ibu mangsa untuk membantunya mencari anak perempuannya yang hilang.
Pemerhati jenayah itu kemudiannya bersetuju untuk bertemu ibu mangsa di sebuah restoran di Kelana Jaya.
Beliau mendapati suspek turut berada bersama ibu mangsa untuk menemuinya.
Ketika mereka sedang berbual, Kuan menyedari terdapat kesan gigitan pada tangan kiri suspek.
Dia mengesyaki sesuatu yang tidak kena lalu menyoal siasat suspek dengan soalan yang bertubi-tubi yang akhirnya membawa kepada pengakuan suspek yang dia cuba merogol mangsa dan apabila mangsa bertindak mengigit tangannya dia telah menghentak kepala mangsa dengan satu objek sekaligus membawa kepada kematian mangsa.
Suspek kemudiannya membawa polis menemui mayat yang dipercayai Yuk Tim, yang disumbat ke dalam beg pakaian dekat Kota Kemuning di Shah Alam pada kira-kira pukul 8.30 malam pada Selasa.
