Kebahagiaan amat penting untuk kesihatan. Terutamanya kepada seseorang yang mudah terganggu fikirannya. Kadang-kadang perkara yg sekecil-kecilnya boleh dianggap sbg terlalu besar sehingga menyebabkan seseorang itu cepat murung.

Sekarang, kalau saya rasa susah hati atau marah pada sesuatu, cepat2 saya cuba fikirkan benda lain. Sbb kalau tak, mmg benda itu akan buat saya hilang mood. Sudahnya tak jadi kerja semuanya. Anak2 boleh perasan kalau kita tgh tak happy. Secara tak langsung, anak2 pun akan jadi tak happy. Tak dinafikan, dlm sesebuah keluarga, kebahagiaan seseorg ibu memain peranan penting dlm kebahagiaan keluarga tu.

Kadang2 kita down, tapi nak paksa diri jd happy sebab xnak org sekeliling down jugak. It's not easy, but the struggle is worth it bila tengok org lain pun happy.

Kalau susah sgt3, at least cuba senyum wpun nampak dibuat2.. sedekah tu
