biasa kalau website tu cam hang ke keluar error ke masa kat final stage tu terus aku call bank tanya ada transaction ke tak? risau wehh kang kalau buat lagi sekali terdouble charge pulak.

rara..itu lah psl neh...nak call jauh la dek non...in your case...dah kalu hang u call bank..ada transaction ker tak??..Air Asia neh takde online customer service ka??

hopefully dia tak charge la credit card..sbbnya dah 1 wk tak de pun confirmation email dari AA...

I tak dok mesia..booking AA neh sbb bln 6 cuti summer n nak balik malaya tuh yg amek AA sbb nk jenguk parents...i guna maybank credit card..

que........satu cara lagi nak tau done ke tidak kekita  punya purchase tu...pg dkt manage my booking. kat situ tgk apa gak yg dah masuk dlm akaun kita tu. saya hari tu sikit lagi nk beli sampai 3 kali. internet heng time payment. bila gi tgk kat manage my booking tu dah keluar 2 kali...tp tgk status tak confirm psl payment tak done lagi. terus buat payment masa tu.........then problem settle.

klu tunggu email...rasanya sistem dia orang tak hantar klu payment tak confirm lagi.

dee..manage my booking neh kita kena register as a member then log in kan??...saya dulu register tapi dah lupa username & password so sy main book aje without log in as a member..tapi tak pe nanti sy cuba..tq ye

yup....kena register n kita log in. cara ini senang sbb kita boleh refer what will happen to our future flight . ni kes beli untuk setahun terus cam saya lah.

bulan lepas belikan tiket untuk adik. sehari sebelum dia fly, saya login dn dari situ dapat tahu AA dh allocate seat untuk passenger. so klu tak nak duduk asing2 why not try web check in. saya rasa nnt nak pegi Langkawi, nk guna web check in.

kalu gitu tak dapat la nk check since x log in...tawakal ajelah...sbb ingat nk book MAS,,anak2 pon xnak naik AA..MAS pun not bad gk..

masa sy book AA last week..KUL-KBR-KUL..4 beranak rm270 dah masuk luggage fees...MAS rm552..kira ok lagi la kan??..kalu tak dulu MAS 4 beranak dah dekat rm1k...

que.....saya ni tak taulah....allergic sikit dgn perfume dlm MAS plane tu. klu naik MAS masa outstation...mmg saya boleh termuntah/mabuk udara. tapi bulan depan turun KL mmg naik MAS since anak bongsu saya dok cakap dia tak pernah lagi naik MAS, asyik naik AA tu je. RM138 sorang.........kira oklah....klu mahal dari tu sanggup saya tak sama flight dgn hubby  sebenarnya pernah buat gitu...kelakar betul. kat epot duduk sama2, lps tu naik plane asing2...dn jumpa balik kat epot

mmg sama pun tapi dkt MAS tu nk masuk je kuat sangat bau dia. terpaksa tahan nafas klu terpaksa queue dkt pintu tu.
dkt AA mungkin sbb material yg digunakan utk seat tu bukan jenis kain....so bau tu tak menyerap sangat.
itu deria saya.........lain orang lain tahap penerimaannya

sebenarnye, MAS nih kapal dah lame..dah macam2 org naik..maka nya, macam2 bau la yg ade..mmg tak suka bau MAS nih

kalau nak check kita punya booking dah confirm ker belum boleh masuk kat manage my booking..
boleh semak status booking.. cuma masukkan no kad kredit yang digunakan untuk menempah, nama dan alamat email..
nie tak perlu register.. saper saper pun boleh .. asalkan pelanggan air asia..

yesterday ada minta tlg this one travek agent..since I selalu deal dgn dia kan...so I email print screen AA..dlm tuh siap dah belaka address name pf pax..travelling date and Credit Card number & expiry date,,,

dia lak gi minta CVV number yg 3 digit kat blakang CC tuh tuh..I ah cuak dah..apsal la plak dia minta..i questioned her back nak buat apa CVV??

alih2 this morning terima email dari dia kata takyah..sbb b4 neh AA mmg nak CVV number kalu nak check status....betul ker??..bayaha la gitu..dah CC number dapat..expiry ada..address ada..CVV pun dah ada..senang2 la depa buat fraud transaction dgn CC kita...

labu I dah check..it stated there booking done within 3 days only. mine is almost 2 weeks now...

tapi I try gak la.. kuar la
